what a sweet first post, betta blue! and welcome to websleuths! my advice to you? load up!! buckle up!! and try to keep up!!Hi, I am following this story and just wanted to post my prayers and wishes for this little guy. So many people thinking of you Kyron. Please find your way home!
Wow, what a coincidence!
It's funny though that in my case there was a rumor that I was sent away that year because I was pregnant and the family was trying to hide the fact, lol. I came home for most holidays, though, so that rumor was eventually tossed out when I wasn't showing any baby bumps anytime I came home and spent time with my friends. Due to that fact I can see how something innocent can be turned into something negative.

This may of been brought up before but are there any pics of Kyron without his glasses? I didn't see any in the albums but maybe I missed it. Some kids look really different without their glasses and if he has been abducted and is still alive, you would think the glasses would be ditched right away if they were seen in public. Everyone is looking for a child with glasses. I just think getting a pic of him without his glasses out there would be helpful if there is one.
Situations like this are so difficult. While it's nice to see a missing child get attention, it must also be disturbing for the people who's missing child gets no attention at all. Why call out the FBI and National Guard for one missing child and not all?
I don't know why some get so much and some get so little (or none at all). It would be an interesting dissertation topic for someone.

I have come across comments, etc about the seeming unfairness of which child gets this type of 24/7 coverage and LE resources and it does not always seem fair to me...but no LE department wants to become another of those who could not find the missing child in their community, i.e. Lindsey, Haleigh, and others...and LE can't help which stories the media chooses to cover nationwide...I think in this case, the frustration of the locals may be due to the total lack of info they are getting in spite of the blitz coverage...
All of those 45% who said it is getting too much coverage would feel very differently if it were their child missing.
Comment by FYRFTR that it is not true that Terri raised Kyron from infancy.
