LE told them to go about their business to see if they would.
Distraught parents do not go about their business when their child is missing! I can't sleep or eat when my cat is missing for more than an hour. I can barely imagine what it must be like to have a child missing. Hit the gym? Sleep in clean sheets? What???
I'm the same, Eliza! I lost my arm accessory (my cat who is always on my arm on the arm of the couch) one time. I was sure he had snuck out the door when I went out.
Searched for him for FOUR hours. So sick that I threw up. We have coyotes and hawks here and the thought of my baby being outside over night...made me sick.
I finally found the mouser in a basket on the second floor of the house. He'd no doubt heard me call, but his nap was more important than my despair. Rrrowr.
