Unfortunately it looks like they didn't have any DNA. And the prosecution just didn't make the case. Unfortunately, now no one will ever be held responsible for Stephanie's death. But at least they found her.

'I want to make his life miserable. In the legal way'

Marty Condon, alongside his wife, spoke about the case for the first time Wednesday. Their message was simple.
"I want to be perfectly clear: I do not want anything to happen to Hill. Absolutely do not," Marty Condon said. "I don't want people to build their frustrations, you know, I don't want nothing to happen. I want him to live with this for the rest of his life. And I want to help him. I want to help him have a miserable life."

This is so sad. Another victim in this horrible case:

"The sheriff's office said in a statement Friday that that 53-year-old Martin Condon died after officers arrived at his house near Canyonville late Wednesday.

The statement said his wife, Christine, had told dispatchers he'd shot himself, but the statement didn't elaborate."

RIP Marty

I just saw that article on another forum - so sad. A poster on the site where I saw it was speculating that maybe her dad had something to do with her death, which I thought was ludicrous. I can't imagine the pain that family has endured for so long.
