There's only been one tweet there all day - mentioning the hearing was to be at 1:30 pm.

Now it says that the oral argument has begun!

Thinking about it, it costs money and manpower, etc., to cuff her and take her away today...they may just wait to defer it until the 6th. I am logged in to KPHO live but see a black screen.

Apparently no one is showing it live.

Depends on whether the bail bondsman wants to revoke the bond or not. If he revokes it, the court will have no choice but to cuff her today.

Any WSers in the Phoenix area who can go watch the hearing & give us updates - especially IF she is taken into custody today????

As I mentioned before, I know a few people who've been involved for a long time, and I will be hearing from them today. I'll check back on here and if you want I will share any information I have.

Hahahah, saw somewhere else that she was "Swarn In" as a minister last month.... preparing for prison ministry???

The person that told me what was on the family FB page told me that it said that although the court had told kpho that Tammi wouldn't be taken into custody today if she loses the motions unless she violated her bond, someone also posted that apparently Tammi's attorney thinks she will be taken into custody.

To me, that means there was a violation of her bond, which I am guessing is going to be that the Smiths no longer own the collateral behind the bond.

Could it be that Stones of Grace and other peripheral activities would have been a violation of her bond......as wouldn't a condition of bonding out related to a specific charge be not doing anything related to that charge???

Could be. I was trying to see if her specific conditions of release were posted anywhere online, but I never did find them. So I went based on "general/standard" conditions of release....

Oh wouldn't it just be delicious if the Judge (incognito of course) was actually a friend on TPS's Support fb. Could he actually do that, I mean under an assumed name, could he friend her?

I have heard that the Governor of Arizona is a "friend" on her FB and possibly support page, both of which were always available to just about anybody as she has wanted to demonstrate to the world that she is INNOCENT and also to pray for anybody who doubts that.

So if the Gov. is monitoring that, makes sense Judge, prosecution and everybody else is, too.

Does anyone know if there will be any court documents detailing todays oral arguements?

I.E. to see if and what the prosecution presented to the judge (stones of grace? music city colonics non existent building? bond? etc)

Every time Tammi has a hearing, some other, more famous, person has a hearing, too, it seems like.
