Autopsy photos of a dead toddler wrapped in the missing Winnie the Pooh blanket from her bedroom should make an impact.
Also the reports of how KC reported her invisi-backjack as stolen to security at her fake job immediately, and filed reports and yet the stolen child wasn't priority enough to report to anyone ever.

When did she report her phone as stolen? I missed that somehow. That story doesn't jive with her taking LE to her office at universal to retrieve the other phone. :waitasec:

ETA: She didn't hesitate to call LE about the protesters either !

Oh, I love that one. Hope SA uses that during the trial. It is perfect, an absolutely perfect example of how little she cared about daughter's whereabouts. Absolutely no way JB can explain that away with lame excuses. jmo

Throw in the huge waste calls and the reward being half her bond and there is no doubt in my mind that the jurors will be totally disgusted by this woman.

1) 31 days and what ICA was doing with them...including buying clothing at Ross, using stolen money for food and other clothing items, getting tattoos, playing house with TL, etc...
2) Evidence that a dead Caylee was in KC's trunk; see the latest filings by the State as of today.
3) Cindy's myspace post; flies in the face of everything that the family has said since the 911 phone calls.
4) The 3 911 phone calls taken as a whole; one cannot help but notice the absolute difference in Cindy's fear, anguish and obvious distress and KC's lack there of on tape
5) KC's phone call home: Huge waste
6) KC's lies about the nanny, her fictious friends and living addresses
7) KC's lies about Universal
8) Heart shaped sticker residue on the duct tape that was layered and appeared to be wrapped around the child's skull
9) KC's night terrors over at TL's house
10) The fact that KC never returned home other than to sneak in and out without being detected
11) lies made up by KC about squirrels to cover up for the smell in the car she abandoned at the Amscot

There is obviously a ton more...but I have to wonder what the defense intends to offer up at trial. They are not required to offer up anything...but unless they are intending to claim it was an accident, that Caylee died under KC's care and she didn't intend for Caylee to die...then the Defense is SUNK and it really concerns me that there is anyone out there that actually BELIEVES that KC has NO CLUE what happened to Caylee...because the evidence disputes it 100%. KC knows EXACTLY when, how and why Caylee died...the rest is just window dressing...honestly. JMO.

No idea if it's admissible, but I would like the jury to hear about Casey's pregnancy. It shows how this family enabled Casey to the point where it became dangerous. She had no prenatal care until 7 months pregnant - or no cancer specialist for a basketball sized tumor, that story is even more insane. And Cindy being a nurse makes it even worse.

murder and it was found someone else did it,they
would swing into action against that person.It is
their job.They just want the murderer.A toddler is
DEAD.they dont play games.JB,concentrate more on your
case,better yet let someone else do it.This is NOT a DUI.
If all the remarks JB.has passed on about Kc's stand on this are true
she sounds paranoid.UM~ do you understand? :banghead:

I'm not sure where KC got the picture, but I am pretty sure she did not draw it herself. I think she probably just found it on the internet somewhere. Maybe someone else knows for sure.

The look of horror and anguish on CA's face when when they came to visit KC in jail as it slowly became apparent to CA that her daughter's words and demeanor were not that of a distraught, grieving mother wrongly incarcerated.

iirc, she said she lost her Blackjack phone, don't remember a police report being mention..I know she mention some places where she may have lost it to Lee...

I also thought she told LE she may have left it on her "desk" at Universal?

I think she said she reported her "ahem" lost Universal employee ID to Universal Security..

Casey did not draw the picture she found it on the internet and cut and pasted it or downloaded it.

It's about Capital Punishment and came with this saying
"Why do we kill people for killing people to show that killing is wrong?"

I know we have a discussion about that here...somewhere..looked haven't found it..

The State's entire case againt ICA is overwhelming....from the start her police interview, all full of lies. Her jailhouse visits, her phone calls home, everything about ICA all fabricated...this will be one helluva trial and wonder WHY Baez would insist on taking it all the way. If he truly is doing this for himself, to quailify him for capital murder cases with a DP conviction possible, he has sunk his own boat. This will become a hinderance to him and his future clients...I wouldn't want him to fight a traffic ticket for me, so, all in all, he too will come under fire, once this case is done and ICA is sentenced. He might need to look for a new profession...Poetic justice at it's finest...JMHO
