ALABAMA?

If this is our Dr RH, he looks a lot like one of CWW's familymembers, the ponytail and such! Some posters even thought thought then he may have been the driver of the purple truck. No sleuthing here, just a very uneasy feeling.

I also believe that we will learn of more fraud, drug use/selling, and other nefarious things before justice is handed down. This case is really what scary dreams are made of and although I know some of you have expressed disbelief that TS could be manipulated this way, believe me when I say it could happen to anyone. She was obviously a very bright, well educated and caring woman who loved her family, patients and pets. She was a victim of a perfect storm of greed and manipulation. How deep that storm grew to be remains to be seen. Thank heaven her girls are safe now.

This. All of this. Great post. ITA.

I hope this is okay to post, it's the address that RH said he lived at when he took out the business loan: http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1530-Bishops-Lodge-Rd-Santa-Fe-NM-87506/6844728_zpid/

It's impressive in size. Notice that when you open the double front doors, there's a bathtub smack dab raht thar.

I hope that isn't the front door! Terrible "staging" if that really is. A bathtub? :shame:And don't they know or care that you tidy up and put personal items away before taking dozens of photos for a real estate listing?! If they can't be bothered to do that, I would assume, as a potential buyer, that they didn't do routine maintenance either. Very strange.

I have a hunch those photos were taken hurriedly, because I see packing boxes in a couple of the photos.

Very interesting info if you scroll down to "Price History". It was previously listed and the listing either expired or was taken off the market for whatever reason on January 21, 2016. THEN, it was listed again just YESTERDAY, April 4th, 2016!

That said, I am no real estate expert and I am functioning on less than 4 hours sleep. Please correct me if I am misinterpreting.

You'd think that you would get rid of the bags of trash, hairbrush, boxes, etc before you list your house. I guess he's been too busy to tune in to HGTV. He must also be a masseuse.

On RH's indictment, it shows that the wire fraud transactions were made to a company named "A Well For Health Church, Inc", a non-profit located in Santa Fe.

You're probably right about hurried photos, Beach. But it would take half a day of concerted effort to tidy up and hide personal items for a photo shoot. If someone is serious about selling, half a day of work is a small price to pay to present their home in the best possible light...especially at that price! These photos would be a real estate agent's nightmare IMO. Wouldn't they still have the photos from the previous listing? Maybe these are the photos and that's why it didn't sell before. I wonder if they really don't want to sell, but are being forced into it for legal reasons, and are making it look as bad as possible deliberately. Oh shucks! No buyers!

I'm finding an Alabama address associated with RH. It's an apartment complex. I'm not sure about the reliability of this site, but I've been futzing around Googling things, and most of it seems to be accurate.

2600 Vaughn Lakes Blvd, Montgomery, AL 36117

My favorite part of the indictment (viewed through PACER) is the paragraph describing an undercover law enforcement officer presenting to RH with "no complaints about her health" and RH preformed a stress test, extensive blood tests, and several ultrasounds. In total, he billed her insurance provider for 23 separate procedures on one day, and three other procedures on another day. This is the 'scheme' described in the indictment for many, many patients.

This is for Beach!

I thought you would like this. Here is a video of one of Dr RH's recorded videos, where he actually talks about his purple truck and shows a pic..can you believe it..

He has listed an award that he won, a "Genentech cardiovascular award dade county medical association". When I Google it, the only result that shows up is the place he input this. I can find no awards presented from Genentech in any other location. That could be a result of Google, and it's possible there really is such an award somewhere out there on the web, and it's possible it may show up in another day's search results. I may wake up 40 lbs thinner tomorrow, too.

https://www.doximity.com/pub/roy-heilbron-md I'm curious as to why this website would provide the FULL information CV private to verified physicians only. Anybody know? It can't be a matter of cost because there are all kinds of pay-sites. I get that they want to expand their database of information by having verified physicians join, but why not offer the full information of any doctor to the public at large - those who deserve to know?

"The full profile is locked and available to verified physicians only."

"The following table shows the procedures and services provided by Dr. Roy Gilbert Heilbron to Medicare fee-for service beneficiaries in 2012. The average charges submitted by Dr. Roy Gilbert Heilbron for these medical services and the average amounts that Medicare paid after deductible and coinsurance amounts have been deducted for the services are also shown. The statistics in the table are based on the Medicare Provider Utilization and Payment Data published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in 2014 and are presented here for research and reference purposes. Wow. He just gets scammier and scammier. Another person all about the $$$$$ and marketing himself. (sheesh, musician, actor, ROFL) I wonder if he had insurance on his holistic doctor wife...

I'm sure this has already been posted, but I've missed it.

What an idiot. Here's just one gem:

"22. It was further part of the scheme that on or about September 2, 2010, defendant
HEILBRON ordered tests on a new patient, Patient E, that were not medically necessary and
made false entries in Patient E's medical chart. One of the false entries was titled Thyroid
Ultrasound Examination. The indication listed was "enlargement" of the thyroid. In fact, Patient
E's thyroid had been surgically removed several years prior.
The photocopied report stated that
the patient's thyroid gland was "normal in size, shape and contour" and concluded that the
thyroid was "unremarkable.""

I know that apartment complex VERY well. In fact, I am in Montgomery now and it is about a mile from where I am visiting a relative.

And also, "Heilbron-Jimen" - http://www.manta.com/c/mbdjry6/heilbron-jimen-roy-md
If you search for "Heilbron-Jimen" you'll also find he's associated with Heart Heilbron Holisitc Clinic - there's a Facebook page, but I can't access it here at work.

I don't even have words for all this right now.

I'm a paralegal and have been on WS for over 8 years and it is hard to blow my mind.

I could have quoted at least 10 more posts too.

GREAT SLEUTHING you guys!!! Keep on keeping on. This is just unbelievable. New Mexico, Florida, Alabama....and something tells me we have just scratched the surface.
