Ann, lmk if I can help verify the address you checked.
Forrest Road, Sellersville, PA 18960. That's where she lived.

She apparently was last seen at the crossroads of East Church Street and High Street, whether by camera or personal sighting, I don't know.

But even where she disappeared from seem more quiet than I had envisaged, considering this is part of the 'town' area.

Below are photos of the cross-roads.
A few houses in one direction, a cemetery in the other, not much else.

As there have been no other sightings, it makes me wonder if she was picked up in a car. This doesn't seem like a walking area, she would have stood out too much.....plus, you'd have to walk quite a way to make it to a transit point, main bus or rail station.

@annpats , this is the photo that got me thinking about the house and neighborhood where Beth lives. I agree that the street shots look a bit desolate, but there are lots of houses around the cemetery, businesses, a museum, and government office within a block or so from the Capaldi home near Church and High Streets.

Yes, I see. It'd still what I'd call small town USA, very much so. Quite rural and I'm not sure there would be many/any people with camera style doorbells?

Was the last sighting of her on CCTV or a someone she knew seeing her?

I'm convinced a car would have to be involved at some point.....

Wish we knew.

-Capaldi was last seen at her Sellersville residence near the intersection of High and E. Church streets, where she lived with her husband Stephen Capaldi.

Having lived in a quite rural area, I can say that cameras may be even *more* popular and common. At least around where I live. JMO.

I think there is a high likelihood that the husband was not at home during the time she was missing and unreported. I think, IMHO and all that.
that is not to say that he should be eliminated as a potential suspect if there is a crime here.

People in their socioeconomic level don’t have 13k laying around the house unless a family member left them money. LE lack of information further concerns me. The fact they are giving no
Information tells me they are very concerned and thinking the worst.it’s almost a guarantee if she left willingly she would have found a way to let her daughter know she was ok. Beth posted a picture on Facebook. The first picture she posted in years and less than a month later she disappears I don’t think any of this is a coincidence.

I'm confused. Do you think someone other than Beth posted the photo?.

I had a look on Google Street View of the road where she lives and it's more rural that I expected.
The houses are also much further apart that I thought too.

I'm not sure a stranger would see or hear too much going on at a neighbouring house, to be honest.

And if she left of her own accord, it seems a long way to walk to get anywhere until you'd be able to 'blend' into a town or other people.

It looks like the kind of place where someone walking along a road would be very unusual. There are no sidewalks for a start.

MOO.
This location is far from where records and MSM indicate she lives, or has lived in the past 30 years.

RSBM

Depends on her privacy settings. She may have a lot more photos but have her page set so that only her friends can see them. I have mine set to "friends only" and only a very few posts/photos are visible to viewers who aren't on my friends list.

Thank you.

Rural like neighborhood, but very close to usual Suburban areas. Only about 40 minutes from Philadelphia.
I can see why IF she went missing of her own accord, somewhere like Philadelphia could be of interest. A big city where she could lay low for a while, and relatively local.

But, it'd it were foul play or self-harm (and we need to keep an open mind that it could be), what are the forests like around there? Many? Any? Are they big, thick and deep?

Still think cameras are likely common. Doesn't matter if it's 20 miles or 2. People in rural areas/with large lots are usually well aware of how long it will take help to get to them, and are aware that there are not as many eyes on the street. MOO.

This article from 2 days ago, which highlighted a third community search for Beth, says she was seen, "in her home." Police believe her husband was the last person to see her, "in the early morning hours of Oct. 10." So her husband saw her in their home in the early morning hours on Monday and her daughter reported her missing on Wednesday, Oct. 12. Her daughter reported her mom missing after, "she had not heard from her, which was uncharacteristic of Capaldi."

Beth was a homebody who worked from home and stayed in close contact with her daughter. I don't see her voluntarily going anywhere without contacting her daughter.

I would love to know when her daughter last spoke with her. Was it over the weekend, Oct. 8-9? Was it Friday, the 7th? We need to verify the window of disappearance, outside of the claims of the one witness who said he saw her early on the 10th.

I like what you're saying......excluding her husband's alleged own sighting of her, when was the last time anyone's else saw her.

I also wonder when Beth last had communication from her daughter in the form of a text or something. (Yes, texts etc. can be sent by someone else pretending to be them, but the phones do give ping locations, so there is some benefit....and it's always interesting to know what the last messages said.)

I would like the daughter to step up and say a little bit more.

BTW: Is Beth's husband the daughters' biological father or her step-father?

we know so little about this person

did she go to a certain grocery store- say every Wed? Did she have friends or ex-work collegues? Did she post on WS? (I'm kidding but people post or belong to groups even if it is just about COVID or meno or needlework or recipes- something). Supposedly she was usually with "family"- but who? And did she ever travel anywhere? No dr? church? nothing? If she never left the house then I am not sure how she got to any of the bodies of water being searched, IMO, and if the implication is that she was discarded by a murderer, why lakes?
