These new charges say to me that the DA doesn't really know much...they hope that bringing CD back in they can lean on him/question him. doubt his attorney will allow much to be said.

Or maybe it means the DA wants to make sure CD is still around for a trial

Does it strike anyone else as odd that the title was in Meo's car? Could he possibly have thought he was going to sell the car to Cosmo. Part of ruse to lure him?
I have never kept my titles in my vehicles. JMO

This DA has a a unique way of wording things sometimes. I'm not positive he meant the title was in the vehicle, but rather "there was not a signed title by Meo" in the vehicle....meaning Mel was not signing his car over to anyone.
