Yep, lol. I looked at her page this morning. Not much on it ...

Got out of jail this morning, first thing she thought about was facebook.

Thanks for confirming. So much I want to say but I'll refrain. :censored:

It came up for me just now. But there's indeed not much on it.

You are right her page is still there, I had to sign in to see it. Please disregard my snarky comment above.

The third party listed on the eviction court case with Sara Packer and Jacob Sullivan (not going to fully disclose the name), can be found by looking at the likes Sara's facebook page photos. Hint, hint ...

I couldn't find that docket! Is it in the majesterial court section? What county?

ETA: Nevermind. Never noticed the landlord/tentant option. before.

Oh my. homoflexible, lesbian/pan, feminist, very liberal, sex positive, poly...wonder if they were in a polyamorous relationship

My observations of the probable cause document:

1. Police caught SP in an obvious lie when she told them Grace was sent to her room for arguing about going to a friend's house but could not provide the name nor address of the friend. Did she really think the police were not going to ask the name of the friend when she reported her daughter missing? That friend's house would have been the first place they would want to check...if the story had been true. :moo: ETA: she apparently later came up with a name and the friend and parent contradicted the story as well...

2. $300 seems like a large amount of cash. I wonder why she would say Grace took $300 from her? INAL but from a quick search online it appears theft of anything under $300 is a misdemeanor. Theft of $300 or more appears to be a felony. These laws could vary by locale, however.

3. SP says Grace previously left "for days a time"-- I wonder if GP leaving "for days at a time" was previously reported to LE or just made up to make GP look like a run away? I think I know the answer. :notgood:

4. SP says that Grace has "behavioral disorders" but when pressed later SP has to admit GP has not been diagnosed with any disorders. She is "stubborn"--what teen isn't stubborn? So what is the disability that SP was receiving over $700 per month for while Grace was "missing"?

5. SP says she would drop photos of Grace off at the police station later. Does she not have a cell phone? Or even a cheap digital camera and computer with internet to send an email? Who in this day and age has no digital photos of their child that they could access quickly in an emergency? Or, even if for some reason SP had no digital photos, are we to believe no other family members took photos of Grace at the July 4th picnic where she was last seen? But of course SP didn't bother to tell the rest of the family that Grace was missing right away...So I guess she could not call them up and ask for a photo. :banghead:

6. The no responding to calls from the police and moving while her daughter was "missing"...I can't even type what I think of that--no missing teen's parent who hopes her daughter will come home would do those two things...That's the most civil thing I can write. :gaah:

7. It appears SP got rid of Grace's things when she moved--there is no way I believe SP and Grace are the same size and shared clothes. Was the other woman present in the apt sleeping in Grace's bed? A renter or another relative?

8. SP was caught in another lie about when she had told her family about Grace being missing--and she was dumb enough to put it in writing in the form of a letter to the detective. How many lies is that so far? I've lost count...

9. The letter from the school file written in March that LE determined could not have been written by Grace seems to indicate premeditation. Could the suspect(s) have attempted something back in March but were unsuccessful or delayed until July?

10. We need a map maker to map out the cell phone tower locations mentioned and the addresses in relation to where she was found. Pretty please?

I have nothing productive to say. All I can do is pray for justice & hope poor Grace is at peace now. Thank you for trying to lay that out in order.

Ahem, I had to Google some of those descriptions. From her page, search friends named Sullivan.

Just struck me, SP's behavior is reminiscent of Billie Jean Dunn.

Respectfully SBM for focus.

I'm not sure where Grace attended school, so I don't know when her spring break was, but when I first saw "March," the thought that came to my mind was maybe the perpetrator(s) at one point had plans to do something to Grace over spring break, but somehow those plans were interrupted.

This is just my observation, but I feel that children -especially those who are already being abused at the hands of their family members- are particularly vulnerable during school breaks. It's not like school is going to call you if your child isn't at school in the morning. It gives the perpetrator much more time to cover their tracks. I hate to even think about what Grace's life must have been like even prior to her horrific demise.

BTW, looked at SP's FB. She is in love with herself .... It is all about her.

A beautiful (public) Facebook page was created In Memory of Grace, definitely worth looking at.

If this has been posted previously, disregard.

Grace's birth mother posted on the "In Memory of Grace" FB page. Sounds like she loved her daughter very much, wonder if Grace's bio dad took her away when they separated ??
Why not let the biological mother take the children if he was unable ?

The media makes it confusing when they keep referring to the poi, SP, as Graces' mother. The media needs to get it right -- SP is the adoptive mother-- not Graces' real mother. :gaah:
Such a sad and mixed up situation.

Memorial for Murdered Montgomery County 14-Year-Old Grace Packer

A group of people who never met 14-year-old Grace Packer are pulling together memorials in the girl's honor after learning of her murder.
New Life Church in Glenside will host a memorial service for the teen on Monday, January 16, 2017 at 1 p.m., according to an online event posting.
Andrea Green-Adams is helping to put the memorial together which has been named Abington Loves Grace. Green-Adams didn't know the teen, but as a mother of a 14-year-old son said she was heartbroken to learn about Packer's tragic death and felt compelled to act.
"I couldn't just let that be the end of her story," she said.

This is very confusing. I had been assuming Sara was Grace's bio mom as well. So if Grace was adopted, how long ago was she adopted? Was it before or after Sara's ex was charged with child abuse? Or is that Grace's bio father (not an ex of Sara)? Is that why she was taken away and put in the foster system? I'm all mixed up on who is who now. I wish the media would get it right. I'm all for supporting adoptive parents, but Sara Packer doesn't deserve to be called Grace's mother after the lies she told. A REAL mother (adoptive or bio) would have been doing everything in her power to find her daughter, NOT waiting 2 months to give the police a picture and lying, moving and evading police and stealing SS checks. The press should start calling her the foster or adoptive mother if that is the case. JMO.

Read the comments on the In Memory Facebook page. From there you will find bio-mom and her page.

There were three siblings. Not sure if Grace's older sister was adopted or just she and her brother. At any rate, all three were taken away from bio parents.

Heartbreaking situation.
