Since when does kidnapping and rape of a child garner a mere 20 years????
Doesn't aggressive kidnapping put one up for the death penalty or life in prison?

What's his other crimes? Arrrgh

If I was this girls parents I'd be all over this.

August 2013 -

Harold Herr pleads guilty in kidnapping case; sentenced to 50 to 100 years in prison

A local 5-year-old girl had a message Wednesday for the elderly man who kidnapped and sexually assaulted her last month: don't do it again.

"I want you to stop hurting little kids," the victim said in a recorded statement played at the sentencing of Harold Leroy Herr.

Lancaster County Judge David Ashworth then made good on the girl's wish, ordering the 73-year-old Herr to 50 to 100 years in state prison.

Wondering what HH got away with for the years 2001 -2013 (iirc) he was running around unchecked. Anyone in Lancaster area know of other missing children. He was obviously on the prowl. They need to run his DNA.
