Not a natural death, IMO.
If there was nothing to hide, her husband wouldn't have dumped her body and fled. IMO

Let me see if I have this straight:

AO reported to MSM that she left at 5:10pm after their kids spent the day at Kelly's house coloring eggs together.
AO said Kelly had been cooking all day for Easter dinner.
Kelly's son T said he saw his mom leave for DG, walking with only her wallet.
BJ said she left to go get sweet potatoes.
MSM reports that Kelly left the house at 6:00.
AO reported to MSM that Kelly told her "be right back".
Kelly never returned.
After Kelly did not come back, BJ said he thought she had run into a friend and was talking, explaining why she hadn't returned.
There is no report if the family decided to just sit down and eat without their mom.
BJ waited until midnight to finally report Kelly missing.
Over time, a ransom note appeared in the family's mailbox.
Kelly's wallet was discovered in a place that had already been searched. BJ and neighbor B were both present when it was discovered.
BJ later reported he had received a ransom demand via email.
BJ fled the state with his and Kelly's mutual daughter.
BJ was taken into custody for tampering with evidence.
Kelly was found, deceased, in Hall Run. (exact location unknown).
BJ was arrested on misdemeanor charges of abusing a corpse (dumping her body).

Forgive me everyone I keep trying to catch up and get only half way backward, but I read one article that suggests that Kelley never left the house alive.

Doesn't that leave the 14yo complicit with his story that he saw her leave with only her purse? Or did this BJ fabricate that part too without realizing he implicated the child? Or is that what he was trying to do.

ETA - so in that 6 hours between 6:00 pm and midnight when he reported her missing that was plenty of time to transport her in darkness.

We don't know if she left or not. The dog did follow her scent partway to the DG though. JMO but I think she did leave and was intercepted and brought back to the house.
 
I think you're right 2 parties were involved.. I have many theories.. Many scenarios.. BJ planned this like the email m note.. What a dumba$$... I hope he gets life n rots in jail n hell..

My bestest friend aka sister lives there n now she's not answering what is wrong with these State Police??? This should of been a done deal a week ago.. Did they check the house for any blood speckles if she hit her head that hard.. Did they check out cars for traces of blood

My heart bleeds n cries for family. Friends that all loved her.. I won't calm down til sis calls from there.. N WHAT REALLY HAPPENED.... Much love n hope to all that loved her...

Rebecca, what makes you think she hit her head and blood spattered everywhere?

The fact is, as in many cases, by the time LE was called Kelley had already died and was hidden. It's not like their investigation would have turned out any different at all if they had walked in - without a warrant BTW - and demanded to search the house while a family was crying for their wife and mother on Easter evening.

When someone is reported missing like this, it's usually exactly as told. It's extremely rare, in police work, when someone is reported missing it's because the reporter has killed them.

Usually, the missing around found alive and well. At the point of the call, they probably couldn't spare cops to search the house while it was MUCH more likely the woman was out there lost or otherwise missing and safe.

Beautiful day out today in this area. Sunny and very warm out. Spring is finally starting to show itself. I will be interested in seeing what the news brings tomorrow. Until then my thoughts and prayers continue to go out to everyone close to Kelley and the small town as well.
 
ah ha, what's not being said, do you know? Why charge him with everything except causing Kelley's death?
 
Wow, it seems like she would have fought back and left some visable injuries on him. Now I wonder if this was planned ahead of time or if he just got mad over something and killed her on the spur of the moment in a fit of rage. I also wonder where the kids were at the time. And I wonder what explanation he gave the two kids when he fled to a hotel in New York. Surely the kids knew they weren't going on vacation while their mom was missing.
