JVM: cops show up twice...come back and...they hear banging coming from K's apt; how possible no one answers door; he slept over & should have been able to answer t door...

Dad says Kortne was angry, making it sound like she was making noise on purpose after the first 911 call? Said the guy told him he is a very sound sleeper. Dad not happy with LE for not sticking around the 2nd time.

No. Only that he (CP) did not hear knocking [answer the door] because he is a heavy sleeper.

By adding this evening that Kortne left her cigarettes inside apartment as well as cell phone, I believe Dad implying his daughter did not take a smoke break or go for a walk to cool off.
