Wondering if that is the actual car that was used that night? Could there be other possibilities that were not offered for search? It could be easy to offer a car to be searched that wasn't used during an occurance?? Hmm...makes me think. Was there any proof that it was the car used other than their saying it was the car...any eyewittnesses not associated with or related to these folks?

I've read two things that seem to be in discord. The first was that the neighbor TS called the police, and his landlord regarding the "stomping" disturbance. The second thing I read was that he owned his home (meaning, no landlord). Both these things were found in posts here, and I don't know which is correct, can someone help me out, please?

TS does own his own which is a full half house duplex that is connected to KS building which has 2 apartments. One on the bottom and hers on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

He didnt lawyer up and refuse to take a poly and give dna!

IMO hes not the one!

Ya know when ya read this I dont think Cp was going to stay I think he decided to stay after the confrontation K had with the neighbors!

I would really like to know if this is really what happened. It really sounds like Kortne was flying high this night.....I can't imagine ever banging on my neighbors windows and threatening them.

While I wasn't there so I couldn't say, this has been told to me by several people. A gentleman involved with the fire house and in the articles it points out that she became confrontational to the neighbors. I had been told this is why TS stepped outside to try to control and stop the situation when KS then went after him and CP stepped in between them.

It never fails here either. Blizzard approaching. Buy snowblower. Storm dissipates or changes course. Glad all is well.

I even wonder if Le asked if she was staying alone and suggested someone stay with her!

What are your thoughts on what happened to Kortne? Was it TS that called the 2nd time? Have you heard anything about CP's (stay over guy) actions that night?

I would think,,,,If LE was looking at you as a possible POI and u were last seen with a woman that has suddenly vanished you WOULD retain a lawyer,
im sure someone out there would help him.

The police never knocked on the next door neighbors door when they returned the second time. They only showed up 30 minutes after the call was made and left within 5 minutes. They never made an attempt to contact next door neighbor and never knocked on his door.

Is it possible that TS has offered to LE that he remained awake at that hour, and therefore, he is able to say that police never knocked at his door?

IF so, then in addition to both TS and CP's acknowledging the stomping noise...

Both TS and CP acknowledge, though possibly for different reasons, that neither of them heard LE at their respective doors.

Not hearsay -- it was reported in MSM that a reporter spoke with the Hardware Bar directly and was told no one was kicked out that night. This has been cited earlier in the thread, which you should be able to find. On iPad, so can't link, plus don't have the time to track it down.

i think there may be a difference between "asked to leave" & "kicked out"...idk

i only say this from my barhopping days with friends - some who had been "kicked out", which usually means the cops may or may not be involved(for a police report) and "asked to leave" was usually the first request where a person could avoid getting "kicked out" and usually banned from a place. kwim? jmoo

i think this is a good possibility. again, maybe nothing sinister but between all the people that night there has to be more than 3 cars that could have been available...
