Granted my youngest two are 9 now but I find it VERY hard to believe a 6 week old would fall out a bouncer nevermind a bassinet. Did NOT happen.

Her attorney already appeared in front of the Judge to confirm this is going to trial.

To clarify-- Virzi’s attorney David Shrager told The Post Saturday his client was innocent, and planned to plead not guilty.
