A Martinsburg teen charged in the 2015 shooting death of a Roaring Spring woman now awaits resentencing along with his co-defendant after a Pennsylvania Superior Court panel issued an opinion Tuesday vacating his state prison sentence.
Judges Correale Stevens, Alice B. Dubow and Judith F. Olson ordered that the Bedford County Court of Common Pleas must reconsider the sentence for Ryan Hardwick, 18, who is serving 60 years to life in prison after pleading guilty in May 2016 to first-degree murder and eight other charges.
