Pennsylvania authorities have issued an Amber Alert for a missing 6-year-old girl and her mother, who is the subject of an arrest warrant.

So Zoe was seen at the restaurant when Mom went to get money from grandma according to that. I hadn’t seen that before.

I’m praying they find Zoe before harm comes to her - the wording of the Amber and Missing Alerts are concerning (besides the obvious that a child has been abducted).

The 6-year-old was abducted in Downingtown Tuesday during a supervised, court-ordered visit, police said.

A 6-year-old girl missing from Chester County has been spotted multiple times across the midstate since an Amber Alert was issued Tuesday, authorities said.

Between 7:30–8 p.m. Tuesday Moss and Gutshall were spotted at the Rivertowne Restaurant & Bar in Wrightsville, York County. Sightings have been reported in Dauphin, York and Lancaster counties, authorities said.

Investigators are urging central Pennsylvanians to be on the lookout for the pair and immediately call 911 if spotted. State police said Moss could be at special risk of harm or injury.

Child abducted in Downingtown found safe; arrest warrant issued for mother

A missing girl who was abducted by her mother earlier this week in Downingtown has been found safe.

No details have been released about how the child was found.

There was also no word on the whereabouts of her mother, Vanessa Gutshall. There is an active warrant for Gutshall's arrest.

A statewide Amber Alert had gone out Tuesday when Zoe Moss went missing from Downingtown.

DOWNINGTOWN, Pa. —
The mother of a six-year-old from eastern Pennsylvania who went missing Tuesday has been arrested in Virginia, the Chester County District Attorney's Office said in a news release.

Venessa Gutshall, 37, is in custody following a police search that ended in Fairfax, Va., after a traffic stop.

Gutshall faces charges of kidnapping of a minor, unlawful restraint of a minor, and endangering the welfare of children, among other charges.
