Yes, he came back. The tweet said he was "escorted" by the bailiff, Valerie, which certainly conjures up a mental image. Not sure they meant to imply he was being hauled back at gunpoint. :floorlaugh:

If I were on this jury and found out that the so-called "friends of Jodi" were going to testify to her "good character" ON TAPE or BEHIND A SCREEN or some other nonsense, I would just go WTF? It's over! We're done! Done! Yeah, she's such a great gal THEY DON'T WANNA BE IN THE SAME ROOM WITH HER! Or they're AFRAID to show their FACES!

So funny that they are having a friend from when JA was young testify about her... yet wasn't it their witness ALV who claimed a friend of JA's from elementary school was unreliable because she was a young girl when she knew JA, after Juan said she said JA was always the victim or something along those lines?

that permits obscuring the face of a voluntary witness? Generally, there has to be a REASON to permit this. What privacy interest does a person who has already appeared more than once on national television have in "protecting" her face? It's not like her identity is protected, just what she looks like. I really don't get these court decisions some times. Course, I admit knowing nothing about criminal trials but I've been to plenty of civil ones and wasn't aware this was an "option" for witnesses.

That should not be allowed unless your an undercover LE! If you have a need to help a convicted first degree murderer you should have to show your face! I am outraged this is being allowed!

The first time she came to court and sat with the Arias family (and subsequent times also) she was wearing the type of revealing clothing so as to show off her numerous tattoos on her shoulder.

To put it mildly so I don't get into trouble, I asked "Who is the lady of the night sitting with Mama Arias and family?"

This is Completely Unacceptable. This Judge has no control over her own court room.

JA was never an artist, or a photographer, she will NEVER BE A PHOTOGRAPHER OR AN ARTIST and if she attempts to put up one plagiarized copy claiming it as her own, I will cry foul all the way home.
