Did you all notice how Nurmi wrote that Patricia Womack received death threats, but his wording does NOT state that is the reason Womack is not testifying. Based on what I have read about Ms. Womack, there may be other reasons why she would realize she ought not testify. Sometimes people just plain change their minds about another person, too.

She can fabricate, emote and sketch all she wants, this is the final stretch and this jury has been stretched to the breaking point with her lies, her attitude and her bad acting. They are obviously also sick of the victim being victimized. JA is DONE.

I might need a defibrillator if she gets LWOP, though. DP and solitary, the suitable punishment for this killer.

I asked on the other thread but didn't get an answer. I don't believe this is rumor.

This weekend I posted a message from Justice for Travis that said something along the lines of Donovan's relationship with Jodi was being "investigated" and she was no longer allowed to have contact with her. Did anyone hear anything more about that?

There was an article about the investigation into Donavan's communication with a convicted felon IIRC on the phoenix fox web site. Supposedly, DB's parole officer had been unaware of Donovan attending court and other hinky related communications with a convicted felon.

With Patti out as a witness the defense might be switching strategy and have Jodi's family get on the stand and beg for her life. I wouldn't be surprised to see the gear shift.

I wouldn't be surprised either. But if the reports are true that Patti was threatened, I have to say, I don't find this cool at all. Nor do I think that Travis would approve of anyone threatening anyone in this case. I don't put it past the defense to make this up, but I can almost believe that this is true too. I wonder if Darryl has been threatened too?

Justice is going to be served no matter who gets up there and tries to "save" Jodi's life. I mean we have all been saying "where are her friends?" It seems to me that Patti is Jodi's friend. She's trying to do right by her. It doesn't mean that she approves or supports ANYTHING that Jodi did.

I have to be honest, I have a LONG time friend who murdered someone. While I don't condone what he did, or think that he didn't deserve to be punished, had I been asked I would have sat in a witness box in a court of law and told the TRUTH about him as a person. I think Jodi is evil, and she deserves the DP, but maybe Patti is just truly her friend.

I just don't think from everything we have heard about Travis that he would approve of people threatening witnesses to get them to not stand up for Jodi. She's been on TV publicly stating that the Jodi she knew wouldn't have done this. So she obviously didn't know her well and Juan would have brought that out. I just want Jodi to receive a fair trial and it's not a fair trial if people are threatening defense witnesses.

This is all just my opinion, please don't bash me for it.

I know this is mean, but it is sweet justice. Jodi used Travis' story of having that gun against his head, his childhood stories and used those memories to torture him. Sweet revenge for Jodi to have cockroaches in her cell.
