Rominger, a criminal defense attorney out of Harrisburg, just came aboard Sandusky’s defense team to help split the workload with State College lawyer Joe Amendola. That workload, he said, is comparable to having “a hundred clients.”

After being introduced to Amendola and Sandusky through a mutual acquaintance, Sandusky’s unnamed private investigator, Rominger said he knew he wanted to be a part of Sandusky's case.

“Boy, this is quite a case to have,” he said. “It’s like O.J. Simpson or Casey Anthony. “It’s just really interesting.”

Rominger reiterated Amendola’s comments, saying the team is not conceding guilt with Sandusky's waived preliminary hearing Tuesday. He said no discussions of a plea deal have transpired, or will transpire, mostly because of Sandusky’s age.

She may only have one way to escape this charge.

A defense attorney interviewed on CNN said there is a case to be made against Sarge. She can be forced to testify against her husband in Pennsylvania in such a criminal case. Spousal privilege will not apply. The prosecution could threaten to prosecute Sarge if she will not testify against her husband.

As I have said before, I have been walking this molestation path with my bff for the past 3 years. Her "husband" is well...yeah, he groomed her to feel stupid...to feel like she was evil and wicked and told others and the children that she was abusive...She has grown so much and can see things the way they really are and not her husband had manipulated her.

I hope these victims or the lawyers get out and tell the world just what it really was that Sandusky was cleaning off these boys. He was cleaning off DNA of his period.

They need to get out there and say well it never bothered Sandusky when he was performing oral and anal sex on them.


"Some of these kids don't have basic hygiene skills," attorney Karl Rominger, who recently joined Sandusky's defense team, told Harrisburg's abc27 News Tuesday. "Teaching a person to shower at the age of 12 or 14 sounds strange to some people, but people who work with troubled youth will tell you there are a lot of juvenile delinquents and people who are dependent who have to be taught basic life skills, like how to put soap on their body."
 
Telling the world these were dirty little boys.

I hope there is a special place in hell for these two lawyers.


I also hope this backfires big time on them.
 
My gut tells me these lawyers are being paid to make Sandusky look as bad as possible taking the heat off the Second Mile and Penn State and the State of Penn. the people who allowed him to carry on as normal.

On national TV in the morning, Amendola said state prosecutors called him to offer concessions before his client’s preliminary hearing on child sex-abuse charges.

Only one problem — they didn’t.

Prosecutors quickly denounced Amendola’s version of events and hours later he backtracked, apologizing for any missteps and clarifying that he reached out to prosecutors first to avoid an increase in bail that could put Sandusky in jail.

He has 52 disgusting sexual assault charges from raping and molesting children. Nobody has to help him look bad.

A regular Matlock, this Rominger. It's official now: Sandusky's attorneys have adopted the simpleton defense. Jerry is too dumb to know what he's saying. Too dumb to know he shouldn't shower naked with young boys. Can you imagine the trial? Rominger would be beating up his own client. Hard to think the case will make it that far.

Sometimes, you can tell a lot about a person by the lawyer they choose. You hire a lawyer, after all, to represent you. With that in mind, let's say this about Jerry Sandusky: he's not just a creep, he's an idiot.

Sandusky has added another bumbling fool to his law team. Karl Rominger joins Joe Amendola to form a defense team that is so cartoonishly idiotic it would be hilarious, if not for the abhorrent crimes they were attempting to defend. Another perfect chance for a reporter to ask Sandusky's lawyer, "Did your client shower with his own kids to make sure they knew how to put soap on their bodies?
 
It's pretty instinctive for human beings to know what to do in a shower. Do any of us as adults remember having to take lessons in that? Did our parents climb in and show us what to do? OMG! :furious:

What an insult to the victims - calling them dirty. It will only make them want to put this guy away even more, you can bet on that!
