Dylan Redwine’s mother tells Dr. Phil of frustration with case

Elaine Hatfield Hall, in her third appearance on the TV show, told the host through a video interview that it remains a struggle to keep the tragic story of her son’s disappearance and death in the spotlight

“We worked diligently on – on trying to, you know, make waves or do whatever we can do to try and, you know, keep Dylan’s story out there,” she said. “And try and keep pressure on law enforcement as well as Mark.”

“There are still searches, ongoing searches that happen and through those searches there has been new information, new evidence that has been found,” she said from a barren room in her home.

Elaine mentioned that through ongoing searches new information and evidence has been found. She doesn't give any details about what this information or evidence is.

With her being described as frustrated and sad makes me think that no compelling evidence that will solve this case has been found yet. Maybe I'm wrong and her frustration and sadness is about a lack of an arrest and not evidence. It's hard to say with LE not making public any evidence that they have.

Agreed. There is clearly no smoking gun in this case and every little tidbit they do find helps with a circumstantial case. I do have a feeling ( from following the justice fb page ) that there is very little concern in that DA's office about Dylan's case. I hope I'm wrong.

Correct RANCH! I watched that episode, and I saw absolutely nothing new. My heart breaks for his family. :(

Hopefully that means the ' new ' stuff is top secret and she cannot talk about what it is specifically until they are ready for charges! I can dream !

I don't know. Maybe. If all of this is true you would think that Elaine would be hopeful that an arrest is coming soon and not be frustrated and sad. I wouldn't take anything found on Facebook as being true. JMO
 
I didn't know about the civil suit being closed. How heartbreaking for Elaine!

Around late June 2013, right after a few bones were found, Mark stated "98 percent of my son is strewn about the countryside."

The current search area looks too far up for access on nov 18 and 19, 2012. But if someone "strewed" Dylan right after the snows melted and there was access, right after the gates opened in April and May 2013, this may be where Dylan ended up.

It is odd the USFS would close roads on the busy July 4 weekend but at the same time it brings hope as maybe they got a tip.

I pray they find something to bring justice.
 
Sending prayers that the investigators found what is needed to bring JUSTICE to sweet Dylan. :candle:
 
Wishing the searchers much safety and luck. I hope some hand of divinity can guide them to what they need to bring all of this sweet boy home and bring justice to his killer.
