I think Pic 16 is looking in from the entrance way, which would also explain why JVS didn't look to worried about the employee looking in. SF would be around the corner.

Pic 20 looks like the side of the bed, with SF beside it and her face blocked.

I also think from looking at picture 17, JVS pushed the bed frame against her. Maybe to give room on the other side to sit with his breakfast or maybe an attempt to cover her and it didn't work? JMO.
 
Wonder what the tech is holding in pic #13? The receit for the coffee? Maybe time stamped?

I've never come across that he may have used his shirt to strangle her. He claims to have smothered her with his shirt at some point.

I think may be bottle of peroxide. I believe that he used peroxide to lighten his hair. Simple and quick. Also, would account for the quick fading and orange cast.

He may have simply wet down hair prior to exit, which could account for darker cast in video when he leaves.

I have read it both ways, and may have even heard it on Nancy. (ETA: I am not indicating that Nancy reported it correctly one way or another).

Here is one article that lumps them together.

Dutch playboy Joran van der Sloot bashed Peruvian murder victim Stephany Flores with his elbow and then strangled and suffocated her with his shirt, according to a transcript of his confession obtained by CNN. :crazy:

Yes. Let's not give too much attention to the "frame up" idea. I will agree that everyone has a right to their opinion but there is no evidence of a frame job and a bunch of evidence that it wasn't one.

Here is my thing.

If Joran was framed then it was a masterful frame job. The frame job was so good Joran lied about how robbers did it, then confessed to the crime and now retracts the confession and he still hasn't said he was framed. That is an excellent frame job.
 
JC reports: Joran has one visitor over the weekend to visit Joran and it was "a friend from the Netherlands or a so called friend from the Netherlands."
 
In pic #8, could her left ankle be broken? I tried to place my foot in that position and couldn't.

Epiphany, I think you are correct. I never even thought of travel tags, but by the way the tech is holding it near the bag it does seem to be attached.

Rats! I was hoping for more evidence.

Yes but if you look at picture 20 I seem to see off white going down both sides of her body partially covering her black t-shirt and her arms. Like she's wearing the shirt but it's not buttoned. It was not laid over her in picture 20. It looks like the shirt because it appears beige against the white sheet that is under her. In pictures 1 and 2 it appears as though her arms are in the sleeves of the shirt. In picture 1 her right arm is across her body but in picture 20 it is not so it was likely moved in picture 1 to photograph her watch and hand injuries. If they moved her arm and it was still covered with the shirt, I'd say IMO her arm was in the shirt.

This might also explain all the blood on the back of the shirt as it would have been underneath her body if she was wearing it and the blood would have pooled beneath her body if she was left laying on her back.

It is also interesting that the beige shirt was listed in the police report as part of the clothing she was found in.

If she was wearing the shirt, then he how could he have smothered her with the back of it?
