Just had a strange thought about his brother. If your dad had recently died, your mom was having a hard time, your mom just found out her son (your brother) was once again the suspect in a murder, would you be out partying like you didn't have a care in the world--or would you be at home with your mom?? Seems lke very Joran like behavior to me, shudder the thought.

No, a friend of one of the family (can't recall who) had seen something about VDS recently, not a friend of SR.

The confession is an attempt to take back control. JMHO.

He accidently (minimizes his responsibility for his actions) and lost his temper and broke her neck because SHE TOUCHED his computer (places the blame back onto the victim).

IMHO this is more than likely a blatant lie. Just like all of the blantant lies he has told about the other murder he commited. He just wants control back. JMHO.

yeah...the only place something like this could actually work for you would be LA< and JVS ain't in LA hes in Peru. the doorway to hell, for him.

Yes, it's in the news here. He confessed that they had a fight because she touched his laptop without his permission (or something, who knows if it's true or not but that's what the paper says), and during the fight she broke her neck.

There should be something on CNN about it.

Furhman was in a room in that hotel (another floor tho) and it's very small. There wasn't room for anything to be arranged very dif. Bed, nightstand, chair and four walls. About 8'x10' he said. He said her body would've been between the bed and the wall just like in the diagram you posted.

We have seen two different pictures here of the rooms. The one Mark showed us that had 2 double beds and then we believe to the the LE photo.

The LE one looked to be more like the real one as it showed cigarettes and water glasses on the night stand. The LE photo definitely looked bigger than the one Mark showed but that could be the way it was arranged. Plus I heard JVDS had the $40 room which according to the website only be 1 king bed instead of 2 doubles.

He is even dumber than I thought. Thinks if he confesses it will get him less time. Thinks if he tells yet another lie - it won't matter 'cause its a lie. HE CONFESSED!!! That's it - it's over. Whether its 20 years or 35 years or even 5 years in Lurigancho - he'll be dead by the 4th of July.

Let's hope and pray that the info we have all waited for (especially Beth) is on that computer.

Can we believe any part of Joran's confession as to the real reason he murdered Stephany? Look at all the lies and different stories he told about how Natalie Holloway died. I think his story of her "intruding" into his personal life by looking at his computer fits with his hatred of women. He gets to blame the victim for her own murder. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I don't think there's any ulterior motive for him confessing other than him being all alone in a foreign country. He's lost there. Cornered rat. He was pretty cockey before on Aruban soil with his father helping out (as many others have pointed out). Back then it was "no body, no case". Whole different scenario now. Apparently he talked to his mother on Saturday and maybe that didn't go like he hoped either.
