Are you doing actual investigative work in this case? I think if it were me, I would want to know everything there is to know about her ex-fiance, Jesse Grund, and why she was calling him on June 16th in her so-called "flurry" of phone calls. She had a new boyfriend at that time and it strikes me as definitely odd. (If you are not aware, WS was called on the carpet by his father for the way we were discussing him and their family. We have a thread on that, too!)

Leonard and Rob are doing all of that. They are gathering info. on everything. The real investigating will be getting going very seriously now that she will be out.

Mr Padilla,

I really would hope that she does not stay at the Anthony's house, not only for her safety but for everyone's safety. I also just wanted to mention that living so close, it's a very uneasy situation and many people are upset in the neighborhood.

I know you can't please everyone and I know you're doing your best wether people think what's right/wrong.

Is there a possibility she can be placed in a safe house?? Or did anyone think of putting up $$$$ for this??

Thanks for your time and welcome to stormy Orlando.

We have a backup house for this but Casey wanted to go home and the family wants her there as well.

Do you know if they plan on continuing the vigils for Caylee on Sunday nights after Casey comes home?

Okay I am shutting it down for tonight or should I say morning. Tomorrow is the big release day! I will be watching it on TV from the hotel. I will be back for more at a later time. Thanks to everyone for your questions and concern. Prayer is always welcome for everybody involved but always say an extra one for Caylee.

G'nite, Mr. Padilla. Tomorrow will be a whirlwind day for everyone involved. Thanks for answering our questions with such patience.

This would probably have to be a judgment call. I can surrender her at anytime I want though, but I think it would be unfair for no reason at all.

I totally understand that Tony. But what I'm asking is what reason would be sufficent for you, or how long, is long enough for you, if Casey continues with her lies and lack of information, would it be until you make a judgement call...ie surrending her??

Goodnight and thank you ..

Prayers for all .. esp. Caylee

You got 'em, Tony! :praying:

Thanks, Tony, for joining us and for answering so many questions!!

Good luck to you, to Leonard, and to the rest of your team tomorrow.

My prayers are with you!

Dear Mr. Padilla,

There is a 5 yo boy, Giovanni Gonzalez, missing in MA. His father, like Casey, is the last to have been with the boy. And, also like Casey, the father is in jail with a $500,000 bond. Unlike Casey, Giovanni's mother is begging for his return. Can your company help her by bonding the father out and getting the information of his son's whereabouts from him?

Please do not think I am being facetious with this question. I am dead serious as this little boy's life may be at stake.

Thank you kindly,
capoly

My heart and prayers go out to the family. If we get a good result here then I promise that we will definitely look into this but unfortunately we are in deep here right now. Really deep!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your response. My prayers are with you in this venture to find Caylee.

What is the process you would have to go through in Florida to surrender Casey or to revoke her bond? Can you really surrender Casey to the jail at anytime you want for any reason?

I'm not familiar with Florida statutes, but in South Carolina it is rather complicated for a bondsman to return a defendant to jail and be relieved of the bond. In SC, the bondsman has to file a motion with the court stating the specific reasons he/she has for going off the bond. A hearing is then held in Circuit Court and a judge decides if the bondsman will be relieved of the bond. Judges do not always grant the bondsman's motion to be relieved of bond. There has to be a good reason such as the defendant was rearrested or specific conditions of the bond were violated. And, it is within the judge's discretion, but it is possible that the bondsman will be ordered return the defendant's payment.

Tony

Since you have been privy to "inside" info, do you believe the story that "someone" has Caylee? Does it seem credible? Has the family been forthcoming with Leonard?
I am praying that Caylee is returned home safely. You and Leonard will be my new heroes if that should happen! Prayers to you and of course to Caylee.

I really believe that Leonard has a tremendous game plan and the media is part of it. He needs info. good or bad and what is the best way to get info. but the media. I will not tip off anything that is important and like I said earlier I have been privileged to some incredible information that I will not share whatsoever!!!

In your opinion does this information point to Caylee being alive ?
I'm just asking your personal opinion, is it possible ?

Remember that she has an attorney and again we ave to respect that. I doubt he would allow this and no we cannot make this a condition to stay out on bond.
Thank you for answering my question. Once I heard Jose Baez state that he has instructed Casey not to say anything to anyone, I realized that she wouldn't have to talk if she didn't want to. Thanks again.

Mr Tony Padilla,

Baez gave orders for no one to ask Casey questions. Do you feel this defeats your purpose of getting her released?

Have there been talks about featuring the Caylee Anthony or the Casey Anthony story on the Bounty Hunters series?

Thank you.

Tony,
Again, thank you very much for taking the time to come here and answer our questions. It is very very much appreciated.

My questions are these: without going into detail as I know that you can not, should we expect many more twists and turns in this case? Do you feel our anger towards Casey is wrongfully placed? And do you feel the media has twisted a lot of the facts and really reported incorrect information?
