I think LE will do everything possible *not* to let him die via suicide by cop. He needs to be brought to trial, face the family of his victim(s)? and spend the rest of his life in a shoebox.

Editing to add that inmates don't like cowards who kill Grandpa's.
I think it's possible you're right. It's hard to say. Personally, I think they will find him soon, with a self inflicted gsw.

He needs to be arrested. Someone knows him, his boss, his co-workers, his family. We need but one person to turn him in to law enforcement and stop him from killing again. Frightening to think he was a case manager with Beech Brook children's mental health facility! A spokesperson for his workplace (Beech Brook) was contacted and they were shocked and express their wish that he be arrested soon. I second that wish. He needs to be off the streets.Hopefully soon!

Before Steve Stephens killed Robert Goodwin, he posted a video manifesto. You can find it on YouTube.

Stephens sounds like an injustice collector. He sees himself as a victim no matter what.

Example of injustice collectors are Elliot Rodger, Vester Flanagan, Seung-Hui Cho, Eric Harris, Adam Lanza, Charles Whitman, Omar Mateen, and Osama bin Laden.

I suspect we will hear more about Steve Stephens. I suspect he is a difficult person to work with.

Yes, wound collecting is a very dangerous hobby. It warps the mind and soul.

I didn't even mean to see Mr. Godwin murdered. I simply clicked on the "Cleveland" trending ( I am originally from Ohio) and wished I never did. I will never be able to forget this. My God.

I remember when I accidentally watched the news reporters getting murdered live (forget their names) and luckily, I have not been able to see all the live suicides that have taken place since they've implemented this "Live" crap. I am seriously considering deleting my social media accounts.

It's one thing to read about the cases we read about, but to see the crimes actually take place? I don't think I have it in me. I'm heartbroken.

Anyone else notice the sanpaku eyes with the whites showing beneath the irises? lol. It was talked about a lot on another thread and now I always notice it!

Seen that many times. I see a lot of resentment in him.

The talk of Sanpaku 三白(さんぱく) eyes made me go look in the mirror. Thankfully I have not any Sanpaku eyes, neither above nor below whites. I think it was more popular in the past in Japan. Now, not heard of so much.

If the video was up for hours and the guy was still commenting on it, WTH were police doing? It shouldn't have been that hard to find him if that was indeed the case. Even if initially maybe they thought it was fake, clearly they would've found the victim not long after and been able to put the two together.

Can't even believe the video of that poor man being shot is still all over FB, YouTube, ugh. And on FB so many people are talking about JL and posting her picture.

Just noticed in one of SS's videos, he's filming outside the Murtis Taylor Center (a west side social services center) about 6 blocks from where my son lives. :scared: Son is safe at home, but I'm calling him again in the morning. This also means he's been roaming around on the west side of Cleveland.

Slightly OT, but does this guy remind anyone of Christopher Dorner?

http://graphics.latimes.com/christopher-dorner-manhunt/#chapter-one

He was the former LAPD policeman who was fired from his job and went on a rampage killing people, including random strangers on the street. They ended up with a manhunt and it turned out he had been holed up for several days in a vacant condo up at Big Bear Lake ski area.

I wonder if SS has done the same - found a vacant building, house, etc. to hide for a while until things cool down.

I can't watch it.
Here in VA two local anchors I worked with from time to time were murdered on live TV. To this day those images haunt me.

I don't believe he would fit this criteria. It can be overgeneralising to fit anyone who acts out in such a manner as an injustice collector. IMO It's becoming a catch-all phrase used way too often for these types of crimes. This guy is having some type of psychotic break.

Yeah I have no desire to see videos like this anymore. The images can haunt you for a very long time.

I made the mistake of watching one of the ISIS videos where they set the guy on fire in a cage and I am still haunted by it. Ever since I try to be careful and try not to view death scenes.

I can see movies and TV because I no they are not real. The real ones are the ones I have to avoid.

It makes me appreciate LE for them having to gather clues from crime scenes and videos such as this. I hope they catch him soon.
