Yes, his latest tweet does mention not to expect arrests right away.

They aren't coming up for me either - but if your click the RSS feeds on the right hand side you'll see them. At least that is working for me.

I wonder though...could he mean that he personally has no information that would indicate an arrest is imminent, or that we, the public, should not expect an arrest, per word from LE? Sometimes Mr. Berky's wording is not as clear as it could be.
