Just speculation on my part: Maureen was enticed into the trade by other girls already in the game. It is possible that she shared a motel room with others...and one of these girls ripped her off of 1. her money 2. her extra phone (hence some bloke stole it from that 'other" girl) I'd imagine it's not a business you could trust many people male or female.

Again just speculation on my part...the phone calls to Amanda..possibly Terry and another possible one pretending to be an officer...Maybe the killer was just evolving and attempting new ways to get his rocks off...at the time of the calls none of his victims had been found. He was feeling empowered and unstoppable. He got a thrill from it. Maybe he didn't directly talk to the mother as this was the first time he ventured outside his square and was just pushing the boundries....something he stopped doing (calling) once it was reported in the media. Lesson learnt. I don't want their phones I can't trust myself anymore and this will get me caught...evolving...

As a matter of fact, what I'm trying to say is LISK is not a sadist.

He's nothing close to being sadist. He lacks the brains and imagination to begin with. He's not torturing the girl, he just liked the girl. His approach is to Amanda. Like I've pointed a few times, what exactly is he doing to be dubbed "sadist". Is he making Amanda hear Melissa's screams? No. Is he sending pictures of Melissa? No. Is he furthering his taunts? No. He's just doing sex talk. Because he's not sadist, he's a simple textbook rapist. His world is his salami.

Please read David Parker Ray's letter to his captives and see how a sadist's mind works, and don't forget Parker Ray is like Santa compared to some other major pain inflictors.

Or if you believe he is sadist, you can explain how he is being sadistic, why he is not elaborating on his torture, why he is not calling other family members etc., ..

From the phone calls I would say the SK is an obsessive phone caller, tattoo fetish, racist, ...sadist? I dont know but he seemed to get off on the fact that he was taunting melissa and telling her he killed her sister. However since he says he was watching her body rot....that makes me think he's revisiting and might be a necrophile. Were all the calls to her sister from NYC? How could the SK be watching her body if he was in NYC? Was he keeping the bodies in NYC, did he make a call from LI or was he lying?

Would a sadist be afraid to talk to Melissa's parents? He wasn't afraid to talk to Terry a grown man (albeit an S*bag pimp scum). Maybe he wasn't afraid of them....but he was afraid they'd recognize his voice because he was someone they knew.

1. I don't believe he's a rapist, and there is no proof he raped anyone. As I've said before, I do believe that he is a sexual killer, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he is getting his sexual gratification through intercourse. He might be, but he very well might not be.

2. I see him as a psychopath, and would definitely call him a sadist. Cruel intentions are sadistic. Killing is sadistic if the killer enjoys it. He most certainly enjoyed calling MB's sister and taunting her. And we don't know exactly what he said, but we do know that he said he was watching her sister's body rot. Whatever else he did or didn't say, his intentions were a cruel power play. LISK doesn't have to win the contest of "most sadistic SK" in order to simply be called sadistic.

3. You see LISK as a textbook rapist. I see him as a textbook organized serial killer. Smart, cunning, and calculating.​

- There were limited pics and/or phone numbers in the other phones.
- The batteries on the other phones died quickly, or died before he could get away to a "safe place" to make calls. (Yeah, he could buy a charger. But would he go through the trouble? Would he want the possibility of being on record buying a charger for a victim's specific phone model? IDK.)

Great post, Em. The reason I have never been able to remove CPH from my POI list is because the facts are what they are. He did make those calls to Mari, one less than 48 hours after Shannan went missing. He did deny making those calls, and the phone records prove him to be a liar. I can't say with certainty that Shannan was murdered, and I can't say with certainty that she has any connection to the GB4...but I can say, without a doubt, that Peter Hackett is a liar, and people who are innocent of any wrong doing don't feel the need to lie.

Most here disagrees and it's a hard theory for me to accept. Where would he park his car? Unless he dumped with car but could revisit by walking from his work place or home ON Ocean Parkway it's very hard to imagine this is possible

a) We couldn't trace him on the Internet because he is very smart.
b) We couldn't trace him on the Internet, because he did not pick them from Internet.

What is the fact that makes you chose A?
Yes, the girls advertised themselves on the Internet, because it's 21st century, there is not one single sex worker out there who doesn't have an account on some website. That's the industry standard. Don't forget he's not downloading his victims, he's snatching them.

2- Police shooed the families while they were trying to report their beloved ones missing. You think he could call the White House from Times Square if he kidnapped Sasha Obama? Of course not, law enforcement would *advertiser censored* his brains out. He wasn't seen, because nobody wasn't even looking at him in the first place.
