Law enforcement will locate the body prior to the plea deal being accepted by the court. The prosecution will recommend the court approve the plea deal in the interest of justice and thereby save the taxpayers the cost of the trial. That is the end of my statement." Next month he will be whining to the judge the defense isnt ready
for trial .

Tomorrow he will be whining to the judge, I would be asking him why was he in NY on the Today show and holding his little presser this week, instead of preparing for the pretrial and trial.

He needs to learn HARD WORK not spin is how it is done.

I was going to say the same thing. He'll complain to the judge about the media. But, hopefully the new judge will set him straight and tell him that no one held a gun to his head and made him fly to NY to go on the JR show or the Today show. He's in it for the publicity....even GA saw that right from the beginning.

There are a lot of foster children that would have appreciated those stuffed animals. When we received our first foster child, her clothes reaked of smoke. I washed them and went through them selectively and then purchased her what she needed. Smoke would have come out of those stuffed animals if treated properly.

EXACTLY!! It would only take one credible sighting out of all of those, or a couple -- so unless someone has reviewed every one then this is BS.

I think that the strategy has changed to focus on the Orlando Mall sighting and run with it, as reasonable doubt. Given no-one, as far as they know has discredited it, they are going to use it.

Maybe the California or Atlanta/airport sighthings are backups.

JB says the only thing that was available on discs were psychic sightings and search or investigative "suggestions" and not valid tips...he says to go back and look at the court debate from last week. He says any media that says otherwise is bad reporting

Maybe this is "JB speak" for the only thing that could be on those discs is psychic info and search suggestions because he knows no one could have seen Caylee. He's not willing to spend money on the disc because he knows it could not possibly produce any real or valid information regarding Caylee being alive after June 16, 2008.

In this day and age can't the media just ask the Orlando public for their help in finding out who the family of this little girl is and then have the family contact LE and say, "this is not Caylee"? End of story. No more Caylee seen in the Florida Mall b.s. We can only hope the new judge takes a dim view of his antics, just like Judge S and when he says he needs more time he is denied due to his own dawdling.

It looks to me KC has the exact atty she deserves. One who is only willing to put time in to her case if it doesn't cut into his me time. The same way she parented Caylee.

Casey is "learning" spanish right? My first thought on this, and I could be wrong, was maybe shes learning spanish to tell JB things hoping that the guard on duty wouldnt know what they are saying. Im sure, by now, they know which ones do and which ones dont. Just a thought.....
