I posted this once before back in Feb, but I wasn't sure if anyone actually noticed it because I did not get any responses back on it at that time. I think that was probably around the time that the DOJ report made it online and people were too busy reading and commenting on that to pay too much attention. Anyway, I wanted to post the link of Kratz's interview with the reporter Foley (who I feel very sorry for because Kratz gets very upset and goes all out on the poor guy for, literally, just doing his job) and to, maybe, get others thoughts on it. IMO, this interview shows a scary and aggressive side of KK. I am posting a link to the actual interview below. The first link at top is where I found this interview at.

Edit: included more information

Whoa!

First of all, KK, just so creepy, IMO.

That voice. The arrogance & manner at which he looks down on this reporter with his " I am God " attitude comes through, correction, jumps out of this AUDIO, right into the listeners face!

Also, that voice😟

Yes, I 100% agree about the arrogance, but I most definitely felt the anger too, that this lowly reporter would DARE to question him...he tried sooooo hard to spin it that there was no story because the OLR decided there was no violations (which is a joke, in and of itself). I have to give props to that young man, he seemed to hold his own and refused to let Kratz get to him by questioning his integrity as a reporter. That was the ultimate irony to me, IMO, Kratz trying to speak about what a person of integrity would or would not do, smh. :shame:

While Kratz only gives an interview to an Australian radio station.... Zellner is talking to Newsweek ;-)

http://www.newsweek.com/steven-aver...exual-misconduct-undermines-conviction-490010

the best part:

“They dismissed the sexual assault charges against Avery, and there was absolutely no proof of it,” Zellner tells Newsweek. “When you see a fabrication of reality such as what was done in that press conference, you wonder where those ideas come from [and] what would motivate someone to make up such a graphic scenario.” Zellner adds that the description Kratz gave at the press conference seems to be “the product of someone’s dark and disturbed fantasy.”

Love that she said what a lot of us have been saying for a few months :)

LOL, you beat me to it, missy! ;) Was just coming here to post this. :giggle:

I love her, I can't help it!

The sweat master has been interviewed on Australian radio. (by the WORST in the business).

Heres a link

Creeps, all of them.

Not a fan of either Kyle or Jackie but they're one of the highest rating shows on Sydney radio. Dassey's attorneys are going to be on Rove and Sam tomorrow morning Sydney time and they're one of the lowest rating shows.

Was this a live, on air, interview? Or was it in a controlled environment like usual? Live interviews don't seem to be her style for some reason. :D

I don't think newsweek is a live, on air, interview publication. Although, if you click the link, there is an interview with her from awhile back.

A controlled environment = smart. She gets what she wants out there, nothing more, nothing less. It's better than making stupid statements like the "youtube clip was missing 40 minutes" or "Making a Murderer" didn't show the full interviews.

Because we all know the Federal Judges use Netflix and YouTube to make a life and possibly law changing decision.

Its only smart if your client is obviously very guilty and you have not one shred of evidence to prove otherwise. The Newsweek "interview" is just another Kratz bashing to give Avery supporters a little thrill and to keep them from noticing that she has nothing. Muddying up Kratz does not clean Avery. He is, and always will be, a vile and cruel murderer. KZ would have to be the most over rated, trash talking Defence Attorney in history and I find it laughable that she is attempting to ride on the coat tails of this latest news to convince people that this is good news for Avery. It means nothing to his case.

Hmmm.. I wonder how Kratz ended up on the Kyle and Jackie show? lol

From the article linked below:

"So the state may argue, well, it shouldn’t affect it at all, because we didn’t use that evidence," Buting said. "But in effect it did. They used it at the press conference where the special prosecutor polluted the entire jury pool that we had to pick Steven Avery’s jury from."

All but one of the 130 potential jurors who filled out questionnaires said they thought Avery might be guilty even before he went to trial, Buting said."

It will be very interesting to see how this all plays out.

On a side note; Hang in there Brendan! Hopefully you are one step closer to freedom.:)

I find it humourous that Buting constantly leaves out that his former client was attempting to taint a jury pool which is what led to this press conference.

"Potential jurors" and actual jurors are not the same thing. A very important point that Buting also neglects to inform is that the actual jurors convicted his former client based on the abundance of evidence presented by the Prosecution. Evidence that he, himself, failed to disprove to the actual jurors.

Questionable, planted evidence:rolleyes:

Low ratings usually equate to " good/truthful/less drama "
High Ratings equal " scandal/drama/bad news/gossip...always great for HIGH ratings..

Yet Newsweek wanted to hear what she had to say:thinking:

Sweat Master...:laughing: trying not to wake the family right now...hahahaha

Another random thought: wouldn't you just love to see KK vs. KZ as opposing counsel in a court room? IMO, she would eviscerate him. LOL.
