I totally agree. They want peace for everyone and the proper burial will give closure. I hope someone can talk her into it so that they can bring this baby home.

Thanks, kmwred. I had already been through the application process and was just waiting to hear through email of their plans, when and where, etc. but hadn't heard anything. I called the number and they informed me that as soon as Tim Miller has a time, they will be posting the info to the website. I lived in Orlando many years and I know pretty much the area surrounding a lot of the details regarding Caylee's case. I just hope I can contribute in some way to help find this little girl while her mother is making brownies for her attorney.

I emailed their case manager and Tim and asked for a postable update, I will request Tricia or mod make it a sticky notice when I hear back

Nobody but Casey KNOWS whether what happened to Caylee was an accident vs something worse.

The state now can prove enough for Casey to go to prison.

Unless Casey is guilty of more than an accident and knows finding Caylee will prove it, there is no reason for her to keep quiet.

How Casey responds to the deal on the table is information.

Re the brownies: I don't believe this was a random thing - it was meant to be noticed. I think this is all JB beginning the process of humanizing her (ha!). Baking brownies and sharing them with people is so thoughtful, so kind, so maternal, so care-taking. :sick:
 
Just get a feeling today is the day for something to break big time. Not another bombshell, but perhaps THE BOMBSHELL.
The amount of stress in the Anthony home must be unbearable. Cas gets to leave and spend time at her lawyers place with her knapsack as if she was going off to camp.
It was reported yesterday Cin keeps telling Cas how much she loves her. Maybe Cas is giving them all the silent treatment, goes off to her room, closes the door and listens to her IPOD while the rest of the family try to do whatever.

I don't think they know one way or the other.

If Casey doesn't take the deal, that is a big clue it wasn't an accident.

imho, she is very young, men find her attractive, LE is aware that getting dp is a long shot especially because jb is going to have a strong insanity case.

LE sincerely wants to bring this baby home and once she is locked up she will never talk.

I don't think LE necessarily believes it's 1st degree right now. I think they think something happened far short of that, but I also think they think they can proove 1st degree if they want to. And, heck, the way she's been acting. Her pathalogical lying. Her sheer and utter refusal to help law enforcement find her child, maybe they and we all will end up coming to the understanding that it WAS murder.

You have got to be kidding me . OMG I can't believe she's playing little susie home maker with JB while Caylee is just rotting away some place !!!

I thought she was suppose to be on house arrest ?????? How in the hell can they justify her going to JB office every day for 6-8 ???? Even the lawyers on NG were questioning that last night . Talk about slapping the Judge in the face ............WOW

Also very tired of the " rockstar image " body guards , chauffeurs , sunglasses .................give me a break. I think LP should though her to the wolves and fend for herself .
 
I honestly think that LE has plenty to arrest Casey on and prosecute her for homicide.
I think they keep blabbing about it being a missing child case because they want to give Casey the idea that they believe her, hoping that she will talk.

I do think they want Caylee's body for 2 reasons, 1 to give her a proper burial and 2 because COD goes a long way in a murder trial.
While I am incredibly frustrated at the lack of information yesterday and today, I completely understand. The bigger picture is that Casey is prosecuted and convicted. I believe that LE is holding out to protect their case. They want her to fry just as much as the rest of us.
 
Lawson Lamar did meet with reporters, WFTV and WKMG both had him on camera.

The deal expires at 9 AM Tuesday morning, has already been extended once and WILL NOT be extended again.

If she tells where Caylee is, they cannot use the fact that they told her, but can use any evidence discovered after finding her.

Lawson emphasized that this IS NOT a get-out-of-jail-free card.

The state is making the offer because Casey is busted.

If Casey is ONLY guilty of a negligent accident, she now has the opportunity to make the best possible deal for herself.

I think it is more of a put up or shut up kind of offer.

The state is giving Casey the opportunity NOW to claim she was merely negligent and therefore also a victim of a horrible mishap. (if that is the case) Which will make it seem as if that claim is a whole lot more less likely at a trial.

Some have been downplaying the state's case from the beginning. I think they have a strong case and have been disciplined and professional throughout.

Remember though even when her boyfriend was trying to distance himself, it was hard to do because she was the "perfect" girlfriend. She cooked and cleaned and made everything SOOOO nice.

This is just who she is. No worries about Caylee, but Jose might like some brownies. Isn't she wonderful?!?:yuck:
