Did LE release the milligrams of the oxycontin tablets in which Ron, Misty, and Frank were busted? I know Frank's charge is different. (They range from 10mg tablets up to 160mg tablets?)

Does anyone know if oxy tablets were involved in Misty's 3 day drug binge?
TIA

Who's Frank? I am not sure if they released the mg for what they sold but the reports can be seen here: http://www.firstcoastnews.com/news/topstories/news-article.aspx?storyid=151021&catid=3

I'd like to know as far as discovery and Florida's sunshine law... does someone have to be charged with Haleigh's murder before we have access to all the document dumps? - and since no one has been charged... there may be plenty to see when and if that time comes?:woohoo:

I am sorry if this has already been asked...
We have seen so much from Caylee's case but I think it's because KC was charged fairly early in the game?

I believe that someone has to be charged in relation to Haleigh before anything is released concerning her, and I think once that happens we can expect a fairly large amount of info to be released.

Oops...typed Frank instead of Hank. Thanks for info. I also found this.

Hank Jr busted with:
Methadone-very difficult to get. Only specific licensed health practitioners prescribe for heroin withdrawal-99% of physician cannot prescribe because they have not applied for license to prescribe. There are only 700 methodone clinics in the USA. It is not true that all docs/PA/nurse practitioners can prescribe methadone. Yes, they can all apply for controlled substance licenses, but methadone is limited to detox treatment and DEA approved narcotic addiction clinicians . Detox clinics and doctors/PAs/Nurse Practitioners must apply for an additional license for methadone administration and they must meet additional regulations

hydrocodone-pain pill for moderate pain
alprazolam-zanax
cyclobenzaprine-muscle spasm med
oxycodone HCL=oxycontin-time released for severe pain (LE report doesn’t specify milligrams of pills)
-----------------------

Hank Sr. -busted with hundreds of pills acquired from 3 different doctors
oxycodone HCL=oxycontin-time released for severe pain
hydrocodone-pain pill for moderate pain (LE report didn't specify mgs)

I'm staying with the OD theory and huge coverup.

Did LE release if cadaver dogs hit on the blanket in the scratched Croslin's van? What story was used to explain why this blanket (off of Ron and Misty's bed) was in the van?

Just wanted to clear up that Methadone is only difficult to get for detox. The info you provided is for detox only. However, Methadone is also used for chronic pain and any doctor with a DEA number can prescribe it for pain. They have to chart that it is for pain control not for detox. Methadone for pain is not hard to get.

From the same site that you linked, right above the info you provided on detox:

Methadone Classification

Methadone is classified as a schedule II of the Controlled Substances Act. Initially, its use was limited to "detoxification treatment” or "maintenance treatment” within U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved narcotic addiction programs.

Because of its potency as a pain killer, the DEA has allowed physicians to prescribe it for pain control. However, most states require that a physician document in the chart that methadone is being prescribed for pain control and not treatment of drug addiction. Many hospitals, however, do not have methadone supplies in their pharmacies. All physicians with appropriate Drug Enforcement Agency registration may prescribe methadone for analgesia.

Yes, someone has to be arrested. Then the discovery laws kick and the defendant has the right to any and all documents regarding their case. When the prosecutor gives the documents to the defendant, they also give them to the public. Except if there is more than one defendant and releasing the documents to the public could harm the case against another defendant, the prosecution can refuse to release documents until all defendants have been arrested.

Not exactly.

In 2008, pharmaceutical manufacturers began to only ship the methadone 40-mg wafers to hospital pharmacies and detox facilities that have been DEA authorized for detoxification or maintenance treatment. "Regular" pharmacies cannot stock the 40 mg wafers of methadone at this time. The DEA declared the 40-mg methadone hydrochloride formula was only indicated for detox and maintenance not for use in pain management. One can sometimes find cancer patients with excruciating pain (bone cancer/pancreatic cancer) having to attend methadone clinics for this reason.

The DEA doesn’t restrict prescribing methadone for the treatment of chronic pain in the smallest 5mg and 10mg tablets. Many physicians are highly reluctant to prescribe even these smaller dose r/t respiratory depression/death. For this reason, chronic pain patients are referred to pain management specialists, anesthesiologists, or the methadone clinics.

Methadone is a difficult drug to illegally obtain. Anyone know how many mgs of methadone he had in his possession? I can't find it.

Early on in this case, it was reported or blogged that a neighbor had heard a woman scream (shout, holler) the night that Haleigh went missing.

Does anyone remember the time the man said he heard it? TIA.

If you watch this video you will hear the reporter state that a neighbor heard screaming around 2:25 on the night/morning Haleigh went missing.

You are very welcome I bumped the thread about what the neighbors heard in case anyone wanted to chat about it. : )

QUESTION:

All this talk about a "machine gun" that RC has. Where was THIS GUN the night Haleigh disappeared? All the early talk was about the 9mm - that RC directed MC (over the phone) to retrieve outta the "culvert" at ToC's house. RC said (in the Cobra tapes) that he cleaned it and gave it to LE (the 9mm).

But, we heard no talk about this assault type weapon until TM came out with the story about RC and putting the barrel in his mouth.

So, again, WHERE was this "machine gun" in the early days? Anyone got any ideas?

Does anyone have a picture/video of marvin martin? He's the old man which tommy stole the gun from and got busted....

Where's all the locals that are members here? Don't seem to hear much from them lately.

To the best of my knowledge, here is the information I gathered:

12.22.09 Misty and Tommy Croslin - 45 Roxicodone/Oxicodone pills, 30 mg., 5.1 grams

01.08.10 Misty and Debbie - 155 (or 135 - there is a discrepancy on the amount) Endocet/Oxycodone pills, 7.5 mg., 72.1 grams

01.12.10 Misty, Ron and Hope - 9 Hydrocodone pills, 6.0 grams

01.13.10 Misty, Ron and Hope - 25 Hydrocodone pills, 16.2 grams

01.14.10 Misty and Ron - 71 Hydrocodone pills - 58.6 grams

01.18.10 Misty, Ron and Minor (can't mention name) - 18 Hydrocodone pills, 11.6 grams

I don't have the information on the 01.20.10 bust (where they purchased drugs from the UC officer). I hope the information above is correct. It was obtained from news reports at the time of the big bust on 01.20.10.

Did anyone have an accident in Jan? Wonder where all these pills came from

^Or maybe a pharmacy was robbed? I was curious about the methadone ToC was busted with for this same reason.
(Some gunman has been going around my county for the last 6 months (nowhere near Florida) robbing pharmacies of only oxycontin. He leaves the store running without a car in sight.)

How does William "Cobra" Staubs connect with Donald Snodgrass, Ron Cummings, Crystal Sheffield?
Donald Snodgrass - payed his bail? http://www..net/indepth/Haleigh/bobdicker.pdf
Ronald Cummings- private investigator?
Crystal Sheffied- Private investigater?

I thought is court order said one condition of the sentence (3/24/2010) bars Staubs from conducting any bondsman activity or investigation work in the 7th Judicial Circuit during the year, and that means he would not be able to investigate the Haleigh case in Putnam.????

I am LOST.. Please help!

DS-Cobra recently went to court on charges of false arrest against him. Cobra had gone to Snodgrass's house to ask questions, and took DS on a lil' ride.

Cobra was first brought on as a private investigator by Picazio, former attorney *cough* for Crystal Sheffield. Cobra and KP later had some personal falling out, and Crystal fired KP.

Cobra tried to bond with RC. Depending on who you ask, one was playing the other. It was a short-lived whose-zooming-who, nevertheless. Interesting tapes did result in their short relationship, and those are becoming part of the current conversations as they're now being released for the public to hear.

Ok thanks :)

Next question :)

Who lead Cobra to Donald Snodgrass? Ronald or Crystal or Picazio? Who was he working for then?

I'm not sure who led Cobra to Snodgrass, other than that he came to the Haleighbug Center attempting to offer items of furniture, he says as a sign of support and his way of helping. It was then learned he was an accused SO, whose charges have still to be heard in court. He was under ankle bracelet arrest, and LE states that they know his whereabouts for the night Haleigh disappeared. Some theorized that it was possible someone took Haleigh and brought her to his house, but there is absolutely NO evidence to support this.

Cobra (who was then working for Picazio, and de facto Crystal Sheffield) then went to Snodgrass's house to have that chat and well......
