Definitely not Casey. If you scroll down through her tweets, she was tweeting while Casey was in jail and was tweeting pro-prosecution/anti-defense messages during closing arguments (July 3).

I've been following @cindyanthony for a while. I'm pretty sure it is her. I loled when she threatened to sue anybody posting videos to youtube. Only fca would have the right to file a suit. Her dd is an adult and ca has no legal standing here.

I won't follow Cindy or Lippman, but I think I am going to try and contact Kathi and see if she can get Lippman to release a statement about someone, claiming to be Cindy, says that Casey simply lost track of Caylee and if this is what the new story for 2012 will be? What exactly does it mean that Casey lost track of Caylee? When she drowned? Or somewhere else?

I will say this... Casey is still a very dangerous woman. I don't think she would hesitate to kill again if someone got in her way. She is being enabled once again by people who have fallen, for whatever reason, under her spell. She is the closest thing to Satan as I have ever seen. She is just pure evil.

She is going to continue to destroy peoples lives. Including these "admirers" of hers. It's a game to her. A sick twisted game.

On the CindyAnth0ny Twitter account, the person first stated that Twitter was closed for the day (Sept 11), so she couldn't get verified; then later the person says Twitter doesn't verify accounts anymore (not true). If you read her tweets from the beginning of the account (Sept 11), the person is obviously saying things to set people off.

There are many, many fake/parody accounts of public figure types on Twitter (some indicate they aren't really the person named, some don't). I'd bet my bottom dollar this is not actually Cindy Anthony. JMO.

That's interesting. You'd think that DrewH would come forward and clear it up that he and RH are not the same person if that is the case. Do you personally know Drew H or have just seen their posts? From what I've read the last couple of days, it was an alias that RH was using posing as a different person and posting on the same forums as he was also posting under RH.

No, I don't know any of these people. I found the same picture that DrewH used as his avatar on the FCA support boards under staff pictures on the FL middle school's website. I'm not saying RH didn't set this up, because I don't know either way, just that there is a 'real' DrewH living in FL. Not sure why RH would have needed an alter way back then, because I didn't see that much interaction between them previously, but I didn't go back all that far either. AFAIK DrewH went missing online about the time it was rumored he was going to be on HLN...

I don't see her as being angry. I think she is just worn out from the whole mess today.

She said that she had informed the person that gave it to them that Brianne is claiming copyright and she also said that if the person authorizes her do so she will divulge "her" name.

Perhaps that was part of the agreement when it was given to Holly and Jon. Here it is but please do not disclose where you got it.

Who knows? I'm sure I don't and am worn out by following all this today. I can just imagine the people directly involved are more exhausted from it than I am and will get short tempered as well.

I haven't posted in forevah. I was sick over the verdict and have been trying to to move on, but with the latest developments - I had to come out of lurkdom! OMG...I don't know what the heck is going on. I'm not sure what I think about the latest developments! I can't decide whether or not I think FCA's mark is all over this "leak" or whether I think she has been deceived. I'm leaning towards being deceived for some reason - just a gut feeling. Not sure whether or not this RH dude is her "boyfriend" or just someone she trusted over the internet. It doesn't appear that he has visited her in her Florida "home" because he mentions in one of the tweets that AS screen capped that she "appears to be living in a well furnished home". Sounds to me like he hasn't visited her in person at the home where she is being housed. However, the mug shot of RH definitely resembles the Olive Garden dude from what we can see of him anyway, so maybe they have met in person. Hmmmm.....all very interesting!

And then he didn't show up as far as I recall. Maybe that's why. Perhaps it was RH all along posing as DH.

Who knows why some of these people are doing what they do. It could be that Casey suggested RH come up with an alter ego that was safe for her instead of being caught communicating with a convicted felon? I wouldn't put anything past them at this point.

The tweets only go back to September? I thought I saw tweets going back from before the trial.. If the acct is that new, and not verified then yep I agree it is likely a fake CA. JMO

RH just posted a tweet he saved from Holly indicating Holly hopes RH sees the tweet before Holly deletes it, as Holly will use a fake name for the copyright!

That's as far back as I can go on that one, so I assume that's the creation date. There are several "Cindy" accounts - it's the "CINDYANTH0NY" one with a zero for the "o" (can't link, but if you just put a forward slash and that name after the twitter url, it should bring it up for you (profile says "Please don't judge til you have walked in another's shoes.").

I just finished reading this thread, reading some tweets and all I can say is: What a s---t storm this turned into. Wow.
