So Brianne says someone faked a copyright claim using her name; RH says Holly did it and offers a purported tweet from her to prove it; then Holly says that tweet itself is a fake.

I feel like the kid whose dad videoed him after the dentist visit: "Is this real life?!?" :crazy:

RH just posted a tweet he saved from Holly indicating Holly hopes RH sees the tweet before Holly deletes it, as Holly will use a fake name for the copyright!

I saw that and I don't believe it. Why would she send that tweet to him when she has been arguing with him on twitter all day? That is just nutty. I think he faked it. If you mean Jon Briley, he and Holly own a Boycott Casey Anthony facebook page and he is who chased down the first video after seeing it linked on some pro Casey websites and posted up on youtube on Thursday.

Based on what I've seen unfold on the tweets yesterday and today, I'm starting to think RH is an instrumental player in all this and really working hard on keeping it stirred up by pointing the finger at several other people.

Jon Briley has a twitter page @niterider333 and he is going after @briannechantal because BC has a third video and JB is threatening BC. You have to check BC twit for the link to the threat.

We are going to need a players lists soon.

Yes, sorry - Jon Briley! Thanks for the info. I saw where "Yee" on Facebook was commenting about him (no love between those two lol) and didn't know what the deal was there. Not sure if FB "Yee" is the real L.A., but it's interesting reading over there. He closed his page down for awhile, but it's back up.

I actually believe Brianne didn't make the claim. There was no reason to file a complaint against that video as it was out in the media already.

Although HollysHere has to fess up to how they got the clean video 2nd video. I am using the word "clean" as in "no media trademark on it."

If it's the video about the piercings, there was a link on here yesterday that led to a "clean" (no trademark) version of it... Or maybe it was on twitter or facebook.. All I know is that I saw it before the media put their "stamp" on it.. My memory fails me and this whole thing is becoming a very confusing fuster cluck. :crazy:

Telling another poster to check their PMs on an active thread is like being at a nice dinner with a bunch of folks, and then right between the first and second course, whispering across the table to someone, "I'm gonna send you a message tonight"... but in a whisper loud enough for everyone else to hear. It's not so much against WS TOS as it is against WS etiquette.

I'm trying to keep up with the facts and the rumors and it's very difficult. I decided to do a little What We Know So Far. Correct me if necessary and feel free to add to what I posted.

1. John and Holly Briley: John got a fb message with a link and when he clicked on it, it took him to a paid site for a video diary of Casey Anthony. That would be video #1. He says he didn't want to pay for it so he began to search for a free copy of the video online. He says that he found 2 or so more pay per view sites before he found a site that had it for free. He then downloaded the video to his computer and when he went back to the link, the video was gone. He then uploaded it to Youtube, so that people could watch it for free and she wouldn't make money off of it.

2. Foghorn Leghorn umm, I mean Cheney Mason is the only member of the Dream Team to come forward and confirm that it really is his lovely client in the video and OMG!! Someone has hacked her brand new, super duper, extra complicated, computer with the ultra technology that has just come out only between 10/2008 and 7/2011!!! Hurry up, report to the PO, call 911, call the media, someone has kidnapped his client's daught.....ummm, I mean someone has attacked his client's hard drive!!

3. Jose Baez is nowhere to be seen. I think he did a Casey Anthony. He saw Casey Anthony for the first time and said hmmm this could be big for ME,ME,ME!!!!! And he went on to become Juanny Cochran umm, I mean the first Hispanic lawyer to take on such a high profile case in Florida. He knew win or lose, people would know his name. As any 4 year old or washed up celebrity can tell you, positive or negative, it's all attention! The not guilty verdict was an unexpected bonus. Now he is a "celebrity", he is on TV, he is a forensic specialist or whatever it was they called him, he may never have to step in a courtroom again to make a living. He used Casey and walked away and hasn't looked back. Just like she did to everyone she ever met. I don't believe for a minute that she fired him. :twocents:

4. Rob Hensley aka Drew Hensley is outed as the supposed original poster of the Video Diary. Screen Caps on fb show comments now deleted, of Rob giving facts about Casey Anthony and the videos before they were released. He claimed that he posted the videos for Casey's supporters on fb so that they would know that she was doing ok and he didn't mean for them to become public. There are rumors of his being romantically involved with Casey Anthony.

After this, I am completely lost as to the "Twama" (get it? Twitter Drama?? lol :floorlaugh: ) because I don't do the Twitter thing. I am on fb but after trying to keep up with the players and there roles, I was more confused. Anyone who can add to "What We Know So Far" please do!!
