I am still waiting for somebody to file on Baez about GA. I want somebody to file a civil lawsuit on Casey too, prior to July (time expires). Why can't her real father stand up for this baby? How about her Grandfather or her Aunts and Uncles? Darn shame they all stnd behind the worthless princess.

Her attorneys will file bankruptcy for her and negate all her billls. A civil suit would stop her from getting out of it. Some family member PLEASE file for Caylee.

How long do you think he'll drag out the appeal? Two, three, four years? Is he studying the law? Is that why we haven't heard from him? But, heck...who are we kidding...someone else will be putting the appeal together.

He's managed to dray out the appeal on her Lying Convictions. He has managed to get her out of her Lawsuit by claiming she can't testify because her case is in appeal and the d#$m thing hasn't even been filed yet??!!!:waitasec:

I was wondering about how she got the nose and ear piercings as well. Did she go out to get it? If so, so much for protecting her from the public! I mean - if she's out and about!

What irks me to no end however is when CA and GA come out publicly and say that they are worried for her safety and well being. I mean, they just came out and said it again after the new video diary came out. I understand them being concerned for their daughter's safety, but I sure wish they would have been as vigilant and worried about Caylee's safety!!!!!:banghead:

There is a REAL RH, who has retained an attorney. But there is also an RH that has popped up on twitter that apparently is a fake. I know...confusing. I don't even know if what I just typed is so....I'm just repeating what I read!

Amelia Sobel on twitter has two pictures of RH side by side. One is the mug shot taken in May 2010 and the other is an avatar he was using to discuss OCA on a pro OCA site. They're the same fella and he surprisingly looks like Lee. I was wondering if GR first brought up his name in this interview or if Baez just offered his opinion of RH's involvement? If he offered, he's definitely doing damage control. Can't have OCA hanging with a felon.

Thanks for relaying the Baez blather tonight. I really couldn't listen to that voice again. Regardless of whether the tapes were private or not, they were still extremely vapid and self absorbed. I can just hear JB raising his voice and saying forcefully that it was "criminal and outrageous". He does that when he wants to take the focus off the real meaning of what's going on.

So now JB and CM have both been quoted as being "outraged" over this FCA video diary leak. Well I say if that is all they are outraged over is a stupid video of FCA rattling on about her new computer, phone, dog, ETC... they are doing pretty good. I, along with many, many others are still outraged their client got away with murder. :furious:

They have to keep her in hiding because she will violate her probation otherwise. Her handlers are looking out for her. What a gang! She's getting restless though. She wants to party......baaaaaad!

Cindy lies and George goes along with it. Cindy is happy counting her money. In fact, I bet both of them are. Cindy will need some love and attention from the public soon. Her handler has to keep tabs on her also....that's why she has a private attorney on board...as she also gets in trouble.

Last time I checked, the cost for one was about $100,000 retainer for a year...and that was years ago.

And anyway, this is probably nothing, but then again ...when I checked that name above on Sunbiz (FL Corporations), there is a Zenith Systems, LLC corporation listed as a FL corporation that comes up with this same name as "Manager". The mailing address is Bedford Heights (northeast Ohio, close to the old Anthony stomping grounds) and is a private company categorized under Electrical Contractors.

Noddy, My DVR is on the frizz so I can't rewind the GR segment with Baez. However, if I recall correctly - it was GR who brought up RH's name first. I hope someone else will chime in on this however, but I'm almost sure it was GR who brought it up and Baez shook his head no...and then said that it was "highly doubtful" RH was involved.

It's a darn shame they weren't worried over Caylee's safety. They could have called their car in stolen on day one and found her if they wanted. That Pontiac was in Cindy' and George's name.

That is infuriating.... They SHOULD have been worried about Caylees safety!! Now they should be worried about their own safety with her on the loose... they should be worried about any future children she will have, they should be worried about that poor dog she adopted... but worry about that baby killing, teflon coated, sociopathic , narcisistic felon.... That video is outrageous in so many ways. Besides the fact that Casey doesn't seem to have any remorse, and she never mentions sweet Caylee Marie - I'm sure everybody and their brother had to have noticed how immature and childish Casey still is to this day. How old is she? 25? 26 now? It's quite obvious that girl has not reflected on her past or grown up even a day. She's still the same exact girl she was years ago when Caylee was murdered. This whole ordeal has not changed her one bit. Let's say she was innocent (which I don't believe she is) - don't you think a normal person would grow up a great deal after all this? I mean, my gosh, she was facing the death penalty! But no...she's the same girl. Hasn't changed a bit. Not even a little. I find that beyond strange, and scary I might add. If I were her defense team, I would want to muzzle her forever! How can they keep defending a girl like her? They need to just let her go - time to move on. It has to be embarrassing for them. Especially when tapes like this get leaked!

Wasn't there talk of RH possibly being JB's nephew or something? Of course it was never proven true, but if it is, could definitely explain why JB would not want to implicate him..

In my opinion the penalties for DUI should be increased to a minimum of one year in jail for the first offense. The C.D.C. on their web site reports 10839 deaths in 2009 because of drunk drivers.

I think the vehicle should be taken and auctioned off, as long as it belongs to the drunk and if it doesn't, the person allowing the drunk to drive should also have a responsibility.

Sorry for having to ask this at this point in the thread but all i know of is the 1 video on utube of casey Is that what the conversation is still about It's just that one video we say on NG and JVM is that right ? If that's not right how many videos is thier out right now . Is RH the name people r trying to read her lips when its blanked out on the video ..

I believe there are 2 videos. One where she is blond and another where she is all excited about getting a piercing. No substance in any video. Just rambling on like a teeny bopper.
