Well it's just like a recycle bin. You right click it and it disintegrates stuff. If you want to uninstall it it just works like uninstalling any other program. I don't think installed programs go to the recycle bin. So I'm not sure what they mean when they say they found it in the recycle bin?

Perhaps it was the file that you download to install it? I know whenever I download programs to install I have to save them first, then double click that file to start the installation. After that, if I want to get rid of the program all I do is go to Windows Control panel to uninstall the program. However the file I had to initially save will still be in my download folder, unless I manually go and delete it(send it to my recycle bin), from there I also will still have to empty the recycle bin.

Splash Hit Productions, in the person of Gary Nelson, acquired the rights to the killer's life story. I wonder if MDLR was intermediary in negotiations and obtaining the connection in the first place. In any case, once again the star held in maximum security within The Tower, was foiled in her plans for exposure to a broader public. She insists the sheriff isn't fulfilling his obligations and she gladly counts the ways. He squashed this project in August, though, so she may have done the deal while she was her own rep.

Perhaps the person who does this might know something?

I am answering as I googled for info. I do not know how accurate Radar is but will give you the link. Interesting reading if this is true. This was done on May 1, 2014 and no money exchanged hands according to article.

http://radaronline.com/exclusives/2...y-feature-film-production-company-splash-hit/

From the article;

...“I’m in the process of a screenplay told from her eyes, what she has to say. People have seen what’s out there movie wise and the court proceeding and whatnot, but the 50 thousand dollar question is why? What happened and what were they thinking. I think there’s a lot people want to know, and I want to give Jodi an opportunity to tell her story.”...

Dude the rewrites for her story are going to be endless. Expect this question a lot; "Does that sound believable?" She's never gonna stick with one story. Be prepared for the Jodi story where TA is attacking small children and Jodi shows up in a bright shiny golden knights costume and she stabs and shoots him in the act of molesting a child while his ninjas fight her tooth and nail and hair color to keep her away from him. She fights her way through the gauntlet in order to save the small boy in spidey underwear. I think the credits should be the peoples names on pieces of paper that fall in the chaotic way that papers do.

Also, you're probably gonna have trouble with part where Travis is chasing her and she climbs up three shelves removes a gun, maybe in a holster, maybe not, and shoots Travis. The actor playing Travis will have to be running in slow motion so Jodi has enough time to get to the maybe holstered, maybe not gun. So you'll need some kind of plot device to make that believable. Just tryin to help dude.

Oh, and one other thing. If you give her any money I'll throw up and you'll be mocked as the dumbest guy in the world. I just gave you some hints, so if you want a really good story I can supply it. The trouble is that it would be Jodi's perspective, BUT what most of us think probably really happened.

Good Morning All,

Am curious re a remark made by JM during closing arguments last week. He said, per a tweet by Troy Hayden: "Troy Hayden @troyhaydenfox10 · 31s32 seconds ago
Juan Martinez asking how it is his fault that Jodi agreed to talk to me after her conviction."

This is the first time, that I am aware of, that such info has been made available. Does anyone have any additional info re this - that Jodi agreed to speak with JM after her conviction?

TIA

Troy Hayden is referring to himself and his interview with JA 20 min after the M 1 verdict. Hayden was not Tweeting from inside the courtroom and not relaying JM's closing.

She agreed to speak to Troy Hayden, not Martinez.

She was hoping the jurors would go home and watch her interview on the nightly news. She was hoping she could manipulate the verdict in the penalty phase..

He is speaking as himself. Jodi agreed to talk to me = Troy Hayden.

This happened during Nurmi's close last Thursday. Nurmi brought up the threats to witnesses, and poor Jodi blah blah

Then Juan said it's not his fault that Jodi agreed to interview with Troy Hayden. In others words, Jodi is bringing the media attention on herself!

Good sleuthing daisydomino. This does take up alot of HDD space. So, perhaps PS sifted through the data and saw the discrepancy in fioe size of the 2 images?

Sounds to me like recycle.bin was used to launder the data.

I don't know much about Windows, I'm a Unix/Linux/MacOS user. I have seen this $RECYCLE.BIN when I've worked with removable media, like USB thumb drives, that I've received from clients who use Windows or littered around my own drive when I've had to work with a Windows server. Macs leave a trail of invisible files called .DS_Store. I'm not having much luck finding out what exactly $RECYCLE.BIN does. I always thought it was the trash program for Windows and I've just ignored it. I wish I could find one now!

AHA Wikipedia to the rescue:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trash_(computing)

The actual location of the Recycle Bin depends on the type of operating system and file system. On older FAT file systems (typically Windows 98 and prior), it is located in Drive:\RECYCLED. In the NTFS filesystem (Windows 2000, XP, NT) it is Drive:\RECYCLER. On Windows Vista and Windows 7 it is Drive:\$Recycle.Bin folder.[14]

The Recycle Bin can be accessed from the desktop or Windows Explorer,[how?] or by typing shell:RecycleBinFolder in the Run dialog box (⊞ Win+R). It is the only icon shown by default on the Windows XP desktop. When accessed from the desktop, the Recycle Bin options and information are different from those of the physical Recycle Bin folders seen on each partition in Windows Explorer. From Windows XP onwards, with NTFS, different users cannot see the contents of each other's Recycle Bins.

Prior to Windows Vista, a file in the Recycle Bin is stored in its physical location and renamed as D<original drive letter of file><#>.<original extension>.[7] A hidden file called info2 (info in Windows 95 without the Windows Desktop Update) stores the file's original path and original name in binary format.[7] Since Windows Vista, the "meta" information of each file is saved as $I<number>.<original extension> and the original file is renamed to $R<number>.<original extension>.

When the user views the Recycle Bin, the files are displayed with their original names. When the file is "Restored" from the Recycle Bin, it is returned to its original directory and name.[7]

WHAT gripes me is her defense team, so were they charging the State of Arizona for time spent with film producers? Really?

Ok, let me see if I've got this kind of right.....somebody installs Incinerator (which takes up space). Then they go into the files and muck around (adding *advertiser censored*? Deleting virus's? Deleting and/or adding what else?) Why Why Why. (I'm trying to get details). Then someone tries to delete that Incinerator was ever there - but they don't do it correctly.

So #1. It's obvious it was there, and #2. Now the file amounts that are taking up space are all cattywampus to the numbers taking up space on the ORIGINAL hard drive. And who knows what was added or deleted in it's entirety. (except Incinerator)

Am I close??

What if besides "adding *advertiser censored*", they (she) was trying to get JA incriminating OTHER docs or files off of the hard drive? (She did send her PI to make a bee-line to get that computer) What if there was stuff about HER she wanted off pronto - and the adding the *advertiser censored* was just icing on the cake? A diversionary rabbit hole? (Look over here!!)

Funny I do not see this 80 year old man, saying that he talked to the Prosecution, Travis family or friends. A one sided deal that he thinks will star Angelina Joli. Uhm I don't think so. She has more class than that.

I just deleted one photo from my computer using it. It took a long time to delete one photo. I know they aren't being accused of deleting photos, I'm just saying typical deletions through the recycle bin are a lot faster.

Kinda funny that BN, self proclaimed forensic computer genius, uses a "freeware" program like Incinerator. Like......"whaaaattttttt....?"

This way, you can make sure that no recovery software solutions can restore the available data on the disks.

The whole file wiping process takes just a few moments and the computer isn't stressed up at all, but make sure you're doing the right thing before proceeding with the actual removal. As said, no recovery tool can get back your data.

Ummmmmmmm......................why was "Incinerator" used? <------Things that make you go "hmmmm......."

Now that I know that we're talking about this invisible folder called $RECYCLE.BIN about which I've never found any decent info when Googling, I know more about it. I'm still not having much luck, but that Wikipedia entry at least explained what it is.

BN (or Tony or whomever) didn't necessarily install Incinerator on the clone drive. I've acquired $RECYCLE.BIN files just from having a Windows 7 computer connect to a server share or mount removable storage media and write and delete a few files. I think it must keep a record of what's being deleted in case the user wants to restore the files? I've never looked inside a $RECYCLE.BIN file because of the extension, I figured I'd only see compiled machine language, which I can't read.

This tells me that the forensic clone was writable, and the examiner who looked at it was using Windows Vista or Windows 7, and the examiner deleted files while the clone drive was mounted. BN said as much in his testimony, that he was removing viruses to get them out of the way so he could see—I don't know what, *advertiser censored*, I guess. The prosecution's forensic computer witness, Perry Smith of MesaPD, just agreed that files had at some point been deleted and they could have been anything, but they were not deleted by Travis Alexander's computer because his Windows XP did not use this $RECYCLE.BIN folder. In the folder was the Incinerator file.

Angelina Jolie has more class in her little finger than the entire defense team combined. Jolie, has a big family, is involved in producing thought-provoking, profound movies about the World War and genocide and travels extensively for humanitarian purposes. She has seen the effects of poverty, war etc. and has often remarked on the strength and beauty of those victims who in spite of such mind-numbing challenges are able to care for others. Contrast those real victims with this defendant who had a decent childhood... was given food, shelter and an education but decided to be a parasite. Travis gave her food and money but she bit the hand that fed her...she took away his very life. I think Jolie will pass!

I think he may not have been using it. It might have been one of the many "scrubber" programs BN testified about. He did say that he was deleting stuff from his working copy of TA's disk. If he had the copy of TA's disk plugged in to his Windows 7 (I refuse to believe even BN is using Vista; nobody ever used Vista—not on purpose, anyway) computer and he deleted it, Incinerator would show up in that $RECYCLE.BIN folder left behind on the working copy.
