You know, maybe it is just my worry over how things have played out so far in this retrial but some of these questions suggest to me that there is at least one juror that is pro-Defense.

This may be jumping the gun, but should things continue in this vein, I suspect the DP is off the table with this jury.

I honestly did not think with all the delays, holding court 2x a week and then being off for a week would ever lead to a successful sentencing phase. Its too hard to keep the testimony in your memory, when its broken up and clustered. And with JSS presiding, I had little faith

It seems that Nurmi is allowed to talk to the expert after each answer. It wasn't like this last time around. The lawyers had to wait till the witness had finished answering all the questions.

I think this is a good question. If he wasnt abusive before, why all of a sudden would he get abusive in any way with jodi?

Come on guys- don't be like willows in the wind. Have some faith. The presentation by the defense has not gone well- at all. Quite the opposite. None of their half-baked crazy motions have come out on their side either. Juan has got this- I swear.
