I thought DeMarte's Dx was borderline personality disorder.

It was. It still is and I am not saying otherwise. I'm saying there'd be nothing to prevent her from talking about a diagnosis of psychopathy (ASPD) if she'd found it.

And that doesn't mean Jodi doesn't have it. She clearly does and I suspect Demarte suspects it. But Demarte was doing a quick forensic eval of her and looking for the most obvious symptoms that jumped out at her. Reading up on the sympts of BPD Demarte seems to be spot on. Jodi is textbook. The lack of remorse or any kind of guilt or shame comes from the comorbid disorder of ASPD.

I thought one of her mitigators was that she had BPD. Now their expert says she doesn't?

Witness: One test doesn't really show a personality disorder in #JodiArias but red flags in dealing with anxiety and depression.

I wonder if Geffner knows about the Jodi and her records of infractions in jail. The fights she's been in ,but it was she was only defending herself, of course.
