Some would say nothing that most would consider ethical. The DT tried to pull a fast one and got caught red handed.

Nope. She did a little dance around it- saying that JA's alleged fog at age 12 or whatever was consistent with molestation, but she didn't say any molestation actually happened.

Exactly...she danced around it. She couldn't say it happened for sure because it's probably in JA's "secret testimony" and they didn't want it to get out as actual testimony already given. So the DT were just hoping the jury could put those dots together. Or they were planning to help them with it during their closing.

In comparing Neumeister's hundreds of thousands *advertiser censored* site testiphony at the hearing and a lot of the other stuff he testified to, well, we're certainly not hearing about it all now that we're in front of the jury.

Essentially, Neumeister couldn't deliver what he promised and sent his "colleague" to be crushed under the bus.

Yup, and Nurmi tried to camoflauge it by saying they needed more time to find ' all of the *advertiser censored*.'

and yet none of her witnesses have really backed up childhood sexual abuse. If one or more are yet to testify on that, why has Nurmi switched to *advertiser censored*?

With her life at stake, JA didn't accuse her parents of serious abuse to ALV. After many, many hours of interviews with her, ALV said JA's family was "disfunctional" but not abusive like TA's was.

I think Dr MF also might have said that Jodi's "F-U, Bill" was the kind of response she had seen in cases of incest or molestation - but qualified that "she wasn't saying that had happened here" (even though she sure seemed like she was).

IMO a psychologist will find dysfunction in any family. Not necessarily because there is true dysfunction, but because they are determined to find something.
