I assume she was looking up case law or consulting with other judges.

Oh this is priceless. And Nurmi does not want to get scrutinized. Good luck with that.

Content of witness affidavits cont: 1 witness believes #jodiarias had been brainwashed. #secretwitnesses #secretaffidavits
And this one too. I just have to laugh.
The brainwashed one sounds like the Denny's coworker who thought JA must have been possessed by evil spirits. She's the one who sold JA 's postcard to her the day after receiving it.
The jury must be wondering why it's taking the DT so long to prove that JA is redeemable.

The next gripping cable legal drama series: Sidebar.
I hope so, or at the very least how easy it would be (and how much time could be saved) to just grab Sandy Arias from the front row of seat of the courtroom and have her say something redeeming about her daughter.
I left about the time the jurors returned from lunch. Does anyone know....Was the jury told that the defense and prosecution were going to discuss admitting the affidavits?
I don't like giving those two credit. But did they actually back JM into a corner with this affidavit thing? I remember him saying they could do that but I don't know if he had read them at that time or not.

I believe he was sincere when saying let the affidavits in but the DT are now trying to pull some sneaky, underhanded things, without JM having seen the affidavits. So, no, I don't think JM was backed into a corner, but this DT are just so devious.I don't like giving those two credit. But did they actually back JM into a corner with this affidavit thing?
