Don't they have any friends or family willing to take the stand, express their love for Jodi, and ask sincerely for the jury to spare her life? I think even the worst of the worst serial killers had a grandma or sibling that cried on the stand and said they loved the killer.

I really believe that even her parents are relieved that she is going to spend the rest of her life behind bars.

My niece is becoming a grandmother she says she will be called Loli and her husband is going to be pop. My sister (the great-grandmother whose birthday is also LilliAnn's due date. We picked out materiel today for making her a shaggy rag quilts.

OH those quilts are so much fun to make. The hardest part is snipping all around the edges, but they look so cute when you're done!

A New York man charged with threatening two national TV commentators via Twitter over their coverage of the Jodi Arias murder trial in Phoenix has pleaded guilty in the case.

The 48-year-old originally pleaded not guilty to computer tampering and stalking charges.

If the mitigation specialist took the statements on the affidavits, couldn't she give testimony that these 'witnesses' said these things to her? Isn't that exactly why she's there? Even if JM could question the credibility of the statements, she could testify that these people said these things to her, couldn't she? Why not have her on the stand, and all this becomes a moot point - she can say she took the statements.
JW and LKN must really, really not want her on the stand.
