By that definition, she was definitely the domestic abuser in this relationship.

It was all about what she liked.

The flowers, the bubble bath, the Cinnabons, the compliments...

But her murder of Travis was the ultimate pleasure for her -- at his expense, obviously.

Yes, she was definitely the exploiter.

But at the same time, I still think voting for DP is much easier in theory than it is in reality. Imagine the pressure you must feel in your heart if 11 people are positive they are a Yes and you are wavering. Not just the pressure from the other 11, but the pressure of knowing you are the deciding vote for whether a person (in theory anyway) lives or dies.

As there was some discussion on the other day, there are killers where it would be a lot easier to choose death than it might be in this case.

I am hoping these jurors are savvy enough to see that what they will really decide is whether the convicted felon will spend the rest of her life in imprisoned in general population or spend the rest of her life in confinement on death row, with execution being a long shot. That's a little easier to decide, in my opinion.

Is Geffner using a 'Royal We"? Did he have staff look at this, another "Pseudonym" that will have to testify? Voices in his head? Did he review it with JA or the DT? Who does he mean by 'we'?
Hoping that will get cleared up on cross exam.

What. the. hell? It's a friends with benefits type of relationship - two grown individuals deciding to have sex while not having a relationship. It's not abuse! It gets made into PG 13 movies!
