Defense is trying to keep out Marc McGee's internet threats against Juan and a woman named Erin Mack.

This is so crazy. Didn't he see how Samuels was burned by basing his "conclusions" on lies????

Par for the course I guess when one considers the "yes she lies, but that doesn't make her a liar" mindset.

You have to remember that defense witnesses aren't basing their testimonies on truth or lies. It's all about money.

Looking forward to the end of all this crazy courtroom testimony from the defense. Juan has made such good valid points and in his closing will wrap it all up for the jury in one tidy little package. It is impossible to make sense out of nonsense, and the whole defense argument is absolute nonsense. I personally would discount all of their testimony as suspect and questionable.

Actually I read in one of his posts that he contacted the defense when he "realized" he had the information after the trial.

I personally DO NOT think Maria should keep her job with the state of Arizona if she is the one responsible for tweeting about Juan. Even if her job description includes being responsible for social media, I am pretty sure that job description does not include tossing aside all professionalism and tweeting like an angry middle-schooler while disrespecting the prosecutor. Her lack of professionalism is embarrassing.
