Dated Arias. Acquaintance to Travis. Used by her to make Travis jealous. Made the media rounds all throughout the trial exposing her obsession with Travis. He thought she was guilty of murder from the get go.

While we wait on the sidebar - a thought just occurred about the YouPorn thing, I bet he was looking for the sex tape, he'd have known if she managed to shoot a video of them the few times they were 'together' but she must have played a piece of the tape over the phone to convince him she had it, that would make her 'the worst thing that ever happened to him' and get him to search and see if she actually uploaded it, she may have even sent him the link and then later signed into his email and deleted that mail to cover her tracks. But she probably knew he'd gone in YouPorn to see if she had put it there and maybe why she/DT have been so insistent that he'd 'viewed *advertiser censored*'. Okay, back to trial.

Ooh, interesting thought. Not outside the realm of possibilities.

Not exactly what Geffner said Kiefer! He said he doesn't know what it's about or it's context is so can't conclude so because of that he wouldn't change his opinion

That is the main problem with all of these DT experts. No matter how much they are enlightened to the true evidence they never budge an inch on their opinions and jurors notice things like this. That shows the jurors they are nothing but hired guns. IMO

JM is masterful.

Along with the other evidence, the jury will have the autopsy photos, JA's 'he-had-it-coming-so-I-butchered-him' letter to TA's family, the suborning of perjury magazine...

If JA and crew had any brains, they'd shut this thing down ASAP before JM gets in more physical evidence to remind the jury of her especially cruel slaughter and manipulative cover-up attempts.

I'm betting that damning stack o' stuff is going to be mighty powerful in that Jury Deliberations Room.
