How much did this little fandango cost the state of Arizona? Didn't two defense experts fly to New Zealand to interview this maniac in person? How much did the state spend flying Deanna and Bishop Parker out to testify to defend against this crap. If I was a citizen I'd be pissed and you know whose head I would want on a platter? Maria De La Rosa- mitigation specialist extraordinair!

Only when I finished filleting hers, scraped it off the platter and SKEWERED Sherry's.

AZL....this MM affadivit disaster for the DT. It can't (legally) provide a basis for claiming ineffective counsel, right?

But what a really horrible miscalculation in strategy....

I want her fired. I want her never to be hired again. Lord I dislike that woman.

Like seriously, JA almost beheaded a man and you're sitting there giggling like schoolgirls? Get a grip and show some respect to the court, to the victim's family and to your profession. Creep.

They are both making mistakes in their behavior. What Jodi does not realize as she puts on a show for the jury, the judge sees her true personality, the judge sees her remove her glasses, the judge sees her play to the jury. If she does not get the DP, the judge decides her sentence.

I'm thinking that JSS originally called off Thursday due to the lack of rooms in Phoenix for out-of-town witnesses. I recall Juan saying that he had Det. Smith on hand yesterday in case Deanna was finished early. Well, THAT didn't happen. Willmott ate up most of today with her nonsense cross and Bishop Parker didn't get to finish today. Again, the defense team is slowing down the pace as is their habitual practice.

Thanks for the clarification. Seems like pretty good proof then. I didn't recall the exact timing.

It still could be a guess, 50/50 chance of getting it right and we don't know who was going to do the cross since it didn't happen. But I do think it's MDLR because of the notes being passed. What else could they say? "Do I look more remorseful in blue?"

Well, the Super Bowl did in the hotel rooms and flights. Wonder what the Court will do with Parker and his attorney? Will they stay in Phoenix or be sent home and returned for Monday, opposite the Super Bowl stream of people?

I hope Beth has a place to stay!
They said there were no more hotel rooms, probably too last minute, so I'm guessing the Bishop is going back to California and flying back for Mon. It's only a 1 hour flight. Beth probably already had her reservations booked along time ago.

Or how about that travis didn't even live there when the *advertiser censored* pop up brouhaha happened?

Why would MM do this? Is he absolutely mental?

I think MM is the typical person we sometime see that has an underlying need to interject themselves into a high profile case hoping to be the center of attention. He has always struck me as having an engorged ego.

He really has to be quite weird with a heart of stone to make these false allegations. He thinks his statement will rule the day. I think he is that full of himself. He has been horrid on the posts he has made on social media.

In fact I wouldn't be the least surprised that HE has looked at kiddie *advertiser censored* himself. He seems to be quite the sleaze. He knows he is untouchable living in NZ and they wont bring him back just for a perjury charge. Its not cost affective to do so.

IMO

I'm sure their argument will be that W1 could have provided proper "clarification" if only the Travis supporters hadn't made him fear for his life to come testify in person, which he really wanted to do.

If JM could get an employee from the computer shop to testify = No TA file, no chorn, virus-caused popups, etc...

No, Thursday was scheduled as a dark day earlier this week.
I don't know why the Bishop is not being crossed now, though.

Perhaps Nurmi whispered, "no questions, Judge", and the Bishop and his attorney are free to go home.

Thank god the Mormon church sent an attorney with this poor Bishop. Marc McGee does HAVE big things to be concerned about if he is still a member of the church. This church is IN EVERY COUNTRY. This lunatic tried to drag upstanding members of the church, along with the church itself, through the mud. Lobbing accusations of some pretty serious criminal activity at these people. The church had to spend money to defend a bishop. Wow, I never thought of THIS. Someone please tell me he is still a member?

Maybe the Bishop can contact Mormon Mafia (jk) and have them have a talk with him....

I think it's the usual- drag it out forever. And find other ways to set up the jurors.

Jodi is going to be SEETHING this whole weekend. She hated Juan before and now she's really gotta loathe him!!

I expect a slew of New Motions from Nurmi...they are in total panic mode, at this point. Just saying.....

People who know him say he's a conspiracy theorist and likes drama. I think this guy just wants his 15 min. of fame and to try to rescue St. Jodi damsel in distress.

If any Mormon woman ever deserved an escape hatch from that "married for time and eternity" clause, it's Mrs. McG.

I'm pretty certain if it hasn't already happened, that MM will be excommunicated soon.

Can we get him thrown into the volcano on Mt. Doom???:praying::praying::praying:
Sure hope Mrs. McGee has the good sense to divorce him.

Jodi better start begging for her life soon. She sure hasn't shown any reason to spare her life so far.

I guess MK's report tonight will be that it was a boring day, as nothing happened other than JW proving Deanna was a liar.

Don't forget, she was also a bad Mormon who followed Travis to arizona ;)
