They are both making mistakes in their behavior. What Jodi does not realize as she puts on a show for the jury, the judge sees her true personality, the judge sees her remove her glasses, the judge sees her play to the jury. If she does not get the DP, the judge decides her sentence.

I agree, I firmly believe, what with this joke of a trail lasting forever and ever and a day. Jodi and MDLR consider Sherry's Court their little playground.

Hopefully some of their behavior hasn't escaped the jurors.

They just can't help their silly selves.

I'm thinking that JSS originally called off Thursday due to the lack of rooms in Phoenix for out-of-town witnesses. I recall Juan saying that he had Det. Smith on hand yesterday in case Deanna was finished early. Well, THAT didn't happen. Willmott ate up most of today with her nonsense cross and Bishop Parker didn't get to finish today. Again, the defense team is slowing down the pace as is their habitual practice.

That's what I think. Court was postponed due to the SuperBowl traffic, which was planned long before the Flores accident happened.

It's my understanding that JSS can't give the DP, only Life, or LWOP

I followed the trial and 1st sentencing phase closely however hadn't been able to follow this phase until this week thanks to a dislocated shoulder getting me signed off work, shame to see the DT haven't changed their approach at all and I don't understand the importance of Mormonism to JA's mitigation?

Anyway I just wanted to ask about a post earlier in this thread (which for the life of me I can't find now I'm looking for it) someone stated that some of JA's supporters actually believe that Deanna killed Travis? Now I'm the first to admit I don't look at anything from JA's supporters but seriously how in earth could they even believe that could possibly be true? How do they think that JA's handprint was found in blood at Travis house? And more importantly how can they ignore the admission that JA actually did kill him??

I think MM is the typical person we sometime see that has an underlying need to interject themselves into a high profile case hoping to be the center of attention. He has always struck me as having an engorged ego.

He really has to be quite weird with a heart of stone to make these false allegations. He thinks his statement will rule the day. I think he is that full of himself. He has been horrid on the posts he has made on social media.

In fact I wouldn't be the least surprised that HE has looked at kiddie *advertiser censored* himself. He seems to be quite the sleaze. He knows he is untouchable living in NZ and they wont bring him back just for a perjury charge. Its not cost affective to do so.

My question is- why do they think they would get away with it? It makes the lawyers also look really shady. Common sense tells you this might have been easy to disprove. Why did they never corroborate?

Deanna did not lie by omission. Its all in the lanuage. The DT will ask a question in a certain way in the hopes they can use it against you at a later date. As you can see it did not work. As a rule you answer only the questions you were asked. Make them work for the answers. Wilmer is shooting herself in the foot. Shes not good at what she does.

They NEVER had ANY intention of asking him ANY question today.

Why do today, what the TAXPAYERS of Arizona....with SHERRY's sanction WILL pay you to do five days later.

Who cares, if the bishop has to fly back and forth, back and forth, with any luck and Jodi's hex, he might not make it back.
