I remember at that interview she was trying to use her Lolita persona on Flores....didn't work too well. She even had him touching her hand. Then later sitting on chair with her legs apart, or up. She was working it...

You see the same in the interviews with different psychs too. She was pushing boundaries, seeing how much they'd believe, trying different personas on - the more a psych bought into her act, the more she piled on. She hates DeMarte - not because she's beautiful or intelligent (that's just fuel to the fire) but because DeMarte sees through her. She can't be manipulated like Samuels, Karp, Geffner, and LaViolette could. Martinez and Flores too - anyone who sees through her incurs her wrath.

Exactly Garthmax, the extreme BPD is the master of triagulation. She has a documented history of this, i.e., Sky & Chris pitted against Travis, playing Abe against Travis, using Dan and Desire Freeman against Travis, etc... and I am sure there are countless examples of this throughout her life that we know nothing about.

How about the fact that Jodi was able to move away from Mesa with no resistance from Travis (he was happy she was leaving) and once she was gone begged him to come see her? She would not so that if she was really his DV victim.

Resistance? If there was any "pushing and shoving" going on, it was TA trying in vain to get an unwelcome JA out of his house.

lisa described for demarte being at ta's house. A light went on in the house. Ta went to investigate. Ta said it wasn't ja but later--not long before he died--ta admitted to lisa that it was, in fact, ja that night.

Skye referenced it was Dec 2006 or Jan 2007. JA did not like that he would only call her late at night. Skye followed up with TA about why he only called her late and corroborated the story with JA because - explanation bcuz JA was working during the day. JA just wanted him to call anyway in the day to know he was thinking of her.

Sure seems like JA complained about TA to Sky. Whatever happened to suffering in silence? :giggle:
And the abuse victim wasn't afraid that Sky might tell TA which would lead to more choking? Uh huh.

That's what I said, there was no resistance from Travis, he didn't try and stop her, he wanted her to go and made no efforts to see her after she moved.

Wow, DeMarte is painting a really clear picture of JA's ability to manipulate and deceive. Not long of a jump for the jury to figure out they're one of her last targets...

State intends to cal Det. smith about wrong dates, all the websites in the registry put there by the computer, Det. Brown told him about taking a pure clean computer and then installing Spybot Search and Destroy and the result is finding these websites in the registry.

Obviously, I knew she was bad news....but the more that comes out the worse it is. And bet we don't know but a sliver of what all she has done, maybe not murder, but damaged and hurt many many people...including her poor animals, hence all the scratches from her cats.

As for the mental health people she hired, I think they will say whatever...to get paid.
