If I were a juror I'd want to see some of these questions. Since JA took these tests multiple times I'd want to know whether it's something that is easy to manipulate to come out a certain way.

I know someone said that MDR is not an attorney. So what is the education background for a mitigation specialist? Does anyone know?

They have to have a degree in Sociology or some other named fields. They have to have 10 hours continuing credit each year. From how she acts, I would guess she has been going to Dr. Samuels courses with Alyce. LOL!
