And he didn't look for it afterwards.

And when does viewing *advertiser censored* equate to murderer????

So it would not be coming from someone that did not witness it. However, since MK has not repeated what was said, I believe that the defense team (and yes I place him on that team) is making a mountain out of a molehill.

Did Melendez say he actually looked for viruses? I thought he said he didn't see any, not that he searched for them, and even Det. Brown said looking for viruses during a forensic exam is not typical.

IIRC...he was not told to look for them. Was not an issue back then.

The prior Prosecution claim was that no *advertiser censored* was found on the computer.

Then that no images/videos were found on the computer, only *advertiser censored* URL's.

Now we learn that there were four images of nude and semi-nude adult males and females.

What we still do not know is who/what downloaded those images and viewed youporn.com for 45 minutes.

Absent witnesses, it cannot be proven which human user did this.

I missed that, Truth. He testified that the images were downloaded? I thought they were just viewed.

The youporn viewing may not even have been by Travis. Was it viewed June 1? Attack was on May 27.

It was June 1 in the early AM. It does appear as though TA was operating on a different internal clock than most people, probably because he worked from home mostly. So staying up all night or getting up very early because he had fallen asleep early seemed to be the norm for him.

I just looked at that Alexa website. It has a spot right beside the search bar to "browse top sites" on the internet. If you click on it, it lists the top 500 sites. Now in 2015, of course the top sites are a lot of social media and *advertiser censored* doesn't make an appearance until the second page around number 75 but in 2008, *advertiser censored* probably would have made the first page. So you may be right. He was on that site looking for business leads, clicked on the top sites and came across You *advertiser censored*. And he clicked on it out of curiosity. Poor guy. He's probably the only person, male or female, with such a clean computer and look what it's come to, look what his murderer has tried to do to him. None of this has anything to do with BPD. And if the jury doesn't see that, there is no hope for the jury system. If there is one person on that jury who it there to ensure she gets the DP and one who is there to ensure she doesn't, this was all a big waste of time. And it happens. All the time.

IIRC, Melendez said he ran a virus check, and found nothing that prevented him from accessing all drives and activity (CMJA had said a virus prevented TA from loading her picture disc).

So is MK going to tell us what was actually said to MDLR? Or do we just have to take his word for it (and the defense teams) that it was racist? Because frankly without proof I think they are lying/making a big deal out of something very minor.

what a stupid question. Is she really asking if a police officer would admit to lying to the court if he said there were no virus's if he never looked? why would anyone do this?
