He found thumbnails - if a site you go to has ads with photos, even if you don't actually click on the ad-site, it can save the image to your drive.
Happens all the time, and 4 out of 6 months of activity is probably way less than I have - and I don't go to *advertiser censored* sites (not on purpose:-) I would expect a healthy young guy to have masses, just from MMA or UFC type sites - IMO. This trial by tweet is horrible.

My thanks button is out of order - but I thank everyone here for the tweets and conversation!

Can he tell you who or what downloaded them?

Can he tell you if anyone viewed them?

http://Match.com was 1 & Bwn wasn't familiar with it.
Willmott says "U haven't seen a commercial for it?"
Brown says "No" #jodiarias

TA visited the following "dating" site...

Match.x com, Fling.x com, & adultfriendfinder.x com. (x to break auto links.) #jodiarias

The last two were probably popups.

Match.com is considered a *advertiser censored* site?

From adult *advertiser censored* to dating websites, I think it's safe to say #TravisAlexander liked women. #JodiArias

RB testified that he found them on the computer, if trial reporting by Tweet is to be believed.

So it seems that with such small amount of nude photos that these could have easily come to Travis thru emails. Emails from one of his friends who had their email account hacked which then sent virus or *advertiser censored* to every one of their contacts. With a nice little message allegedly from their friend saying "You have got to see this! Hilarious"

Jury all stare at screen.

2 taking notes re: dates & times TA visited dating sites. #jodiarias

:gaah: Travis IS NOT on trial here :gaah:

Isn't this just a shame, it's come to this in a sentencing retrial of a convicted murderer in a US courtroom? Sigh. So, they proved there were 4 nudes on a murder victim's computer, after ja left. Arguing how they got there. And because of this, it's a mitigating factor? Sigh.

According to witness AdultFriendFinder.x com looks like it was a banner ad. #jodiarias

not everyone watches a lot of TV. Wilmott never knows what the witnesses will say and it is always obvious and SHE trains other lawyers? WOW!

This line of questioning about dating sites sure is a waste of time. Who gives a rat's behind about that? It's bad enough that the defense is saying *advertiser censored* is a mitigating circumstance for a brutal murder. Now trying to slime a single man for perhaps visiting dating sites, really?

I wonder if Det. Smith even needs to testify now? The defense has nothing with this *advertiser censored* carp.

Willmott walks Brown through dating sites accessed early in 2008, including "Adult Friend Finder." Martinez objects to allowing as evidence.

Is this jury gonna appreciate the suggestions that naked equals disgusting *advertiser censored*, and looking at dating sites makes one a pervert??

Maybe it's a good thing after all that so many schools are getting rid of art classes. That way our kids can say they've never seen a picture of a naked person -- like Michelangelo's David or something. Up till now, I always thought the disappearance of music and art from our schools was bad.

Can anyone actually seriously explain how *advertiser censored* on a computer is relevant? Seriously what reason are the defense giving for making it relevant? I'm sure they must have given a reason no matter how far out there it is I'd love to hear it.

I so agree with you. Why is any of this relevant to her sentence. She murdered someone over and over. I don't think anyone knows why, but it sure wasn't because of *advertiser censored*. They need to move on and get that ***** sentenced. At this point I don't care what it is. She is relishing all this attention and savoring all the drama. The DT is raking in the money and I am sure there are other cases that need the attorneys attention. I am so tired of all the repetitive BS. Sorry but this is booooooring!!!!! jmo
