I wonder of Juan is setting a trap for the defense? Hmmm, we'll see.

I have noticed when Juan has his own witnesses on the stand the first part (direct) will usually be very short. Then the defense gets their turn and when Juan is up again is when he will ask hard hitting questions that really clears everything up. He makes points he knows are going to stick in the jury's mind.

He seems to be a master at this. He gets it started (fast and simple) and he knows the defense will ask more questions allowing him to expounded on questions during his redirect.

He truly is the best prosecutor I have ever seen.

The jury will fully understand the possibility that JA sent these to herself, without having to be told. The fact that she had his passwords at one time but then CONTINUED to hack his accounts was a juror question. They GET THIS! We all do.

Somehow I feel pretty sure JM will retell this piece in closing.

He was able to watch the man/woman *advertiser censored* video. Wilmott says it's very apparent it's *advertiser censored* and the website is *advertiser censored*. It's on the screen BTW.

Good Lord.............you know.....due to work requirements, I'm not able to follow this trial hourly or even daily in some cases. But I swear, every time I log on to this Arias trial, it is just more sex talk....only a different day. It's almost as though I can miss a whole week of the trial, and when I log on, Nurmi and Wilmott are exactly in the same place they were at the last time I was here.

What does any of this have to do with her slicing and dicing Travis like a tomato ?

How many different versions of her sex life do we need to hear before JSS puts a final and complete stop to the nonsense ?

Okay, Jodi had a sex life, Travis had a sex life....maybe it was a little kinky, maybe it wasn't. Who cares ?

It's just the same thing, over and over and over and over......like being caught on a merry-go-round from hell that you can never jump off of, and you're doomed to ride it for an eternity.

Yes, MK do shut up and go away. If I remember correctly, when Travis was so done with JA, his comment to her was that she could find somebody else to live out her fantasy with the tree. Well of course. They have to follow up and make sure everyone is behaving. Means nothing. Judge didn't even have an evidentiary hearing on the matter. She clearly deemed it not important enough and said, "ok, there's nothing here so I'm not gonna kick them out just give them a warning. Ok?"
