I'm still trying to figure out how any "doctor" unlicensed to practise in AZ was able to give her any tests and to have those results brought into this trial? Am I mistaken that 3 unlicensed doctors have stated that she has PTSD now? Is that not a diagnosis?

Yes, I keep thinking about that too. What happened to him stating he cant diagnose JA because he has no license in AZ? Yet he is constantly doing so and even diagnosing Travis whom he never met nor talked to.........

Sometimes I think they lie so much they cant keep them straight. And what they say one day becomes something else in another day of testimony by the same witness.

Corn-fusing it most certainly is........

And if he cant legally diagnose her then why is he even there being paid?

Is that even legal? Isnt there a rule that the test must be given a certain way.

Who gives Geff the power to change the testing around and do it his own way?

That seems like an ethical violation to me.

If all doctors did this would it not cause confusion. I thought all tests were to be clear if another doctor looked at them?

No wonder Geffy is so sensitive about having the test questions revealed. He doesn't use them as anything more than a loose guideline, at best.

He had access to the info but didn't necessarily know about it.
